Items from China, not France

Despite the website stating the company is in France, my purchase came from China. I bought a blue/green checked co-ord. The material is thin and jersey-like but it does fit me, which came as a surprise. The trousers are a different shape to the online pictures - wide leg rather than tapered at the ankle. The material looks cheap close up, but OK at a distance. I obviously can’t be bothered to send it back at my expense.

So impressed!

I have struggled to deal with my wavy hair for years. In the hot weather I like to let it dry naturally, but always used straighteners to tame the frizz and define the waves once it was dry.

I purchased some air dry cream from another brand, but this still left me with frizz. I decided to give Only Curls and try and bought their Wavy Starter Bundle.

I followed the tutorial on Only Curls’ website and the results were amazing. I was so impressed! I have now purchased the refresh spray for day 2 (which I am yet to try).

Thank you Only Curls for making a wavy routine that’s so easy. I am now 100% confident to embrace my natural waves 💕

Surely a fake website?!

Ordered some Carhartt joggers for my hubby's birthday on 26 July 2025. On 29 July I received a message saying there was a dispatch delay of 7-10 days. Fast forward to 1 September and I haven't received the joggers or my requested refund. I have logged a dispute with my bank who are now dealing. Please don't use this website!

Very patient!

I had to phone ATG to purchase my tickets as I had “Theatre Tokens” to redeem. Tom was so patient as I read out four very long voucher codes. Thank you Tom!

Fabulous!

I had been looking at prints on this website for over a month and finally decided to take the plunge. I wouldn't usually buy a print but I could not resist! I have to say I am not disappointed. The quality of the paper is great and my order arrived within 2 days of being dispatched. I would definitely recommend FY (and have done already). Thank you - I will definitely be making another purchase.
