The service is not good and when I talk about this, I get wrong information from support
I bought BDIX Premium Hosting from them for a year. When they said it was premium, I didn't get any taste of premium from them. According to their explanation, JetBackup 5 is supposed to have 7-day backup, but when I asked them about this in live chat, they asked me to open a ticket. My point is, if you have to talk about all these issues even after taking premium without taking budget service, then what kind of premium service is this.
If you value your money and don't want to throw your money away, refrain from taking service from them. And although they say that there is a 30-day money back guarantee, there are many mistakes in that too, once you buy hosting, they will not refund your money but will tell you about wrong rules.
Although their name says "SEBA" means Service, they are a fraudster gang whose main job is to steal money from people's pockets by giving wrong information and flouting laws and rules.
As an experienced person, I have only one piece of advice: stop using their services and respect your money properly.
