I did however have some gelling issues with the AOD9604. I found it odd that you did not have Acetic Acid Reconstitution solution with it, as its hydrophobic. I queried on line and got back that KOIs AOD can be reconstituted soley with BAC water; so i did (room temp, slow and delicate as should be with disinfected everything.) Nevertheless i got gel inside the vile forming.
Im lookimg forward to ordering the AOD again from you guys (because i really liked the other two products) and reconstituting with Acetic Acid this time to see if it doesn't gel this time

Do you have any comments, ideas or suggestions for me? Do you think this is a good solution? Will you be providing acetic acid solution for sale in the future?

Freedom Diagnostics is not ISO 17025 accredited and that's what they claim that their 3rd party has as a certification. Also, I looked up the COA on Freedom. It shows "Blank Peptides" as the as the client and on the COA listed under the peptide they have the client changed to "Koi Peptides" and they changed the image. This is a counterfeit COA.

Arrived on time, well insulated, COA seems very legit. Clearly marked and checked all my boxes for research no adverse issues!

Customer service does not even respond to my emails about products. In a grey market, your number one stance in selling product is your customer service. Then you look them up on google reviews and they have 2 - 1 star reviews out of 3 (a 2.3 rating), WOW. Purchase at your own risk.

Easy ordering, quick delivery, quality product.

Shipped to me in an envelope and product was warm to the touch, possibly degraded. Sent a support ticket with no response for over a week.

Update* Sent a ticket again and got a prompt response and resolution. They say they will heed the requests with shipping moving forward so I look forward to that.

Barcode on vial for COA doesn’t work and the peptide vial has moisture in it. So 100 percent has bacteria growing. Very disappointing, will definitely not use. Not to mention customer service line doesn’t work.
