I’ve ordered from this company several times now and they false advertise Order over $200 and get 2-3 day business shipping. I order 6 days ago and nothing. I’ve emailed 3 times and no response. This happened once before but someone on the other end of the email took responsibility and sent tracking.

I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! Byyyeeeee

The website states in two different places that I have seen so far same day fulfillment. In fact, it specifically says “fast shipping” if you place order before 2 PM Eastern, it’ll ship same day. I placed my order at night so that’s not a big deal but I placed my order on the 1st of September and it is now the 4th and I was just told by Support that it hasn’t been filled yet, that I won’t get it until after the Holiday. So it will take more than a week to get my order. Can’t trust this company, false shipping advertising, is their documentation on purity false as well. I guess I will see when I get the product, if I get my product. Wouldn’t surprise me if this was a scam. We will see.

This is not a trust worthy company.
It’s FAKE AND A SCAM.
This may be just two guys running this business out of their garage with an AI generated website…
I would not trust anything they say, that you will get your order, if the Peptides are real, they are not made in the US AS THEY STATE, or any customer service despite them stating they open 24/7.

It’s amazing what AI HAS GENERATED WITH THIS COMPANY and how easily one can be fooled.

It’s all about Trust,, too many bad reviews.

No issues with the delivery and email response time. However the reta that I bought last week didn’t do any effect whatsoever. I bought another one to see if it will work, but after doing some research it appears that the “third party testers” that they use for obtaining the COA is related to this company, so I am really scared to try injecting that stuff again. Also, the sterility test is not done right. It takes 14 days to complete it, but they had their 08/28 batch(one vial) tested and verified on 08/31(download the file and check metadata) it should’ve been done not until 09/11

Purchased 40 mg Retatrutide from them . Was shipped timely . Since they claim it is us manufactured . I asked what is name of manufacture . They replied ata .. there is an Australian company that manufactures equipment . I asked them to elaborate in a 2 bd email they never responded .. there address is a private home in Paramus nj . Purchased in 2020 when their business started .. the Reta I bought had no effect by the way . I would seriously doubt this business .

I see a lot of negative shipping reviews, but for me, so far, no problems, yeah shipping was delayed a few days after the order, but delivery was made; the product ordered seems legit. Reserved a star pending testing.

I really wanted to love this company! The service and shipping is great! Idk if something went wrong with my products during shipping or what, but my oxytocin had a ton of white chunks floating in it and the wolverine blend had some clear crystals stuck to the side of the glass. I threw them away. I was so sad! I bought multiple products and wasn't comfortable using any of them. 🥺

This was my first time ordering peptides, and unfortunately I picked the wrong company. I was enamored by how easy they made starting up, they sold wipes, syringes, water, and had good prices. Everything was clear and understandable. I ordered 8/25, a week ago, with no movement on the order. For reference I spent over $300 to get started. After ordering, I started reading comments and felt uneasy about the company and product. When I happened across PS Peptides, I thought their website looked very put together. Well, lesson learned, don't judge a book by its cover. Upon further inspection, I noticed some odd things. Like, them having a coach, which you could have a 1 on 1 call with (I wish I did for research purposes but they took it down), though the coach's picture was AI (I downloaded it, ran it through a checker, came back 97% likelihood of being AI). This "coach", Brandon Johnson, also reviews their "Research Guides". Looking at those guides is odd too. For example, they compare them with other companies, and they don't really add up. Also, it gives a bad look to have your company, that can't get their stuff together, then say it's better than well established and trusted companies. Anyway, the day after I made the comment about the coach's picture being AI, they removed that, along with TikTok videos of people reviewing their product off of their website. I tried looking at the TikTok creators, and some didn't even have an account anymore. Next, their COA company they use, NA Dianostics, looks odd. The website was similarly put together as PS Peptides', and their phone number, even though the address is in Texas, was a New Jersey phone number, where PS Peptides is located. That, and their address was some sketchy looking parking lot. They don't seem legit either and I'm guessing they are related.

So after reading everything, getting uncomfortable, I emailed them (they don't have a phone number listed on their site, and the Trustpilot phone number says they are closed 100% of the time). I got a pretty nice response regarding the status of my order. I then emailed to cancel the order, that was never responded to. I then emailed off of the original status chain and asked to cancel today, and I did recieve a confirmation that my order will be canceled. I suppose the next step is to see of they will actually send a refund, or if I have to jump through hoops.

Just beware, they won't ship your order same day. Hell, they won't even ship in 7 days like their FAQ says. Creating a label doesn't count. Getting a hold of them is a pain.

It's a pretty sketchy business and it seems people tend to have different experiences with them.

Update: They shipped it (9 days later, and it will take 5 days to get here, not 2 days like the website claimed), after getting an email confirming my order was canceled. So, as I expected, I will be jumping through hoops to get this refund, whether it is through them, or from my bank. If anyone else has to go through this, screenshot all communication to make it easier. I will be giving this package right back to UPS when it's delivered to send it back.

Second time I’ve ordered from the company. First time the got some items wrong but made up for it and overnight air delivered my missing products. Ordered again, order didn’t ship for over a week, didn’t answer phone calls (which they did previously) didn’t respond to texts or emails. Finally shipped it late, and still had missing items and wrong items sent. Can’t recommend anymore

UPS made a delivery error I was having difficulty resolving. When I contacted Customer Support at PSPeptides, Isabella was right on it! She had a replacement shipment out to me immediately at no charge and took dealing with UPS right off my plate. I was thrilled!!

So, regarding the products, they are pretty good. But what makes them bad is their shipping department. If you don’t send them an email reminding them of your order, it won’t get delivered.

They are known for being extremely bad at delivering the products. You can ChatGPT it and even googling them, and they all say the same regarding their products not being delivered or just being delivered several weeks after you order them.

Just make sure you are on top of them to getting your order delivered.

BUYER BEWARE! As others have recently said, there is no one you can contact at this company. I tried to cancel my order a few times - called emailed and texted. No response. They sent the crappy peptides anyway - COMPLETELY WARM NO COLD PACKAGING WHATSOEVER
so now I’m sitting with $700 worth of product I likely cannot use and no one will answer my attempts at outreach. As another reviewer said I’m also going to have to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge for unusable product.

It’s a scam. I’m going to have to do a chargeback. I ordered back on August 19, 2026. It still says “label created.” After reading all the same bad reviews, I now know this is common with them. There’s a number to call, but they don’t answer. You fill out the “contact us” online form and they don’t respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, IT’S A SCAM.
