Product was ok. Shipping timing was good... Except for customer service & whoever packed my order!
I ordered & Paid a bunch of $$$$ for 5 boxes & was only sent 2!!
I didn't have the shipping label still available to show them & when they checked their records it said they had sent me all the boxes!
Which was completely inaccurate!!
Pay BETTER attention when it comes to people spending their HARD earned, precious $ in your store next time!!
I got totally jipped & just had to accept it eat it, unfortunately!!
HUGE mistake on their end! BIG chunk of $ on my end! 👎🏼

Where is my order? It's been well over a week since I placed and paid for my order. Where is it? Took days to even receive an order number. I don't know where my product is or when it will get here. Frustrating.

The website is buggy- their age verification system has messed up and told me an order failed, causing me to retry the order, only to just send me two orders and charging me twice. However, this is not why I am writing this review.
I ordered some mushroom gummies from them. When the package arrived (actually, two packages because their buggy-ass website did that thing I was talking about) there was a free sample of something called "STAX next generation mitragynine blend" included with my order. I looked up what mitragynine was, assuming it was some kind of psychoactive chemical found in mushrooms, but instead I discovered that this is basically just a fancy word for kratom, which is (as you probably already know) notoriously addictive. The sample was very high potency. Now, if you're already using the stuff I'm not going to judge you, but sending ambiguously labeled free samples of a very potent and addictive substance alongside orders that have nothing to do with kratom is an extremely predatory business practice and I am quite frankly disgusted. I will never be ordering from Elyxr again and I advise you to do the same.

Great company, 10/10 customer service and quick responses to resolve any issues and that’s VERY hard to find now a day. I definitely recommend Elyxr!

The shipping label was created almost a week ago and my order has not shipped!! They are ignoring my messages also! I've chatted with them many times but now that my order hasn't shipped they are ignoring me! 😡 Don't know what's going on but I want my order!!!!

I did use a store credit this time for part of my order but I hope they know I will continue ordering their PRE ROLLS and tablets if they will just ship my order! AND I do have the FAST SHIP option enabled in case something is out of stock so please ship it ASAP!! PLUS IT ALREADY SAYS THE ORDER IS COMPLETE AND SHIPPING LABEL GENERATED SO I KNOW ITS ALL IN STOCK AND ALREADY PACKAGED!!

Elyxr customer service was over the top🤯. I had concerns about my order And they put me at ease by communicating with me and they were out of a particular product that I ordered and they swapped it out with a far better product😎
With no problems I have ordered through them multiple times and they are always quick to respond and ship every transaction. I have had has been very positive And I am so impressed with their products. I highly recommend shopping with them. No other place can match

We had a miscommunication a first with my order. But they went above and beyond to explain what happened and fixed it. I will order from them again.

I purchased something and later found out they were out of stock on that item. Elyxr communicated this with me, and I was able to replace the product I bought with something different. Sometimes things like this happen and if it does, they will work with you! That is if you approach it in a respectful manner.

I was very weary of using this company because of the reviews, however, my personal experience went really well from beginning to end and would buy from again without a second thought.

Top notch products, selection and impeccable customer service!!

Convenient and easy, my products always arrive on time and often early. Customer service is fantastic, though I do recommend skipping the bot for issues past simple questions lol. They responded quickly and helped me resolve multiple issues on the same day. Everything I get is high quality and very enjoyable.

Ordered from them recently and waited 3 weeks and the items never shipped. During the three weeks I reached out multiple times and never got a response on when my order was going to ship or if it was ever going to ship at that point. Finally filed for a refund and my refund was received today, but I find it so strange that they never once reached out to me to tell me what was going on or why 3 weeks went by and my items never shipped. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them. I think they’re using too much of their own products

Good products, good prices & fast shipping. I had a small issue with one of my orders and when I contacted them everything they offered a solution very quickly & that was more than fair. I will absolutely continue doing business with them.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery and top notch products are why I only use this site for supplements.

I placed 2 orders just a couple days apart. Both orders were recieved but they were NOT exactly what I ordered and there was no communication to state this would be the case. I ordered what I did because it gives me the desired effect and im highly disappointed.

UPDATE:
Elyxr had responded to my complaint and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a satisfied customer. I was quickly sent the correct brand but they also threw in a freebie.

I ordered something that was no longer shippable to my location. They refunded the money from that transaction and gave me double of the other item I ordered. Great customer service and I really appreciate the BOGO. All smiles

I made a $500 order and after 10 days of it being not shipped I reached out to see what was up. No reply after multiple attempts and I had to jump through hoops to cancel the order through the bank and get my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!

Definitely customer service, this is my first order and I'm seeing how long it takes to reach me in my rural area of Montana. Tara seemingly works hard and is pleasant to message with...

Exit scam. Don't trust. Will hold your money then cancel your order. Or send you something you didn't even order or an inferior item.

Absolutely terrible service and communication. Took like 15 times for their age verification process to work right then they STILL used that as an excuse why they hadnt sent my order for a week while holding my money, then when someone finally answered me and i said just send a refund they finally sent me a tracking number like they were sending it so the age verification mustve been fine then... til another week went by and the tracking never updated and then said the age verification didn't work again plus I had already literally sent them my id directly through email multiple times. Held my money and ignored me so long I missed all the big 7OH ban sales. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Complete disaster, ruined my week with their sloppiness and neglect. Pathetic company. Deserves to go bankrupt.
