Dislike the app as I was unable to link…
Dislike the app as I was unable to link my device. Whilst I had over an hour with a very helpful tech he was unable to help. Nevertheless I did eventually, on my own, managed to link my devices. This enabled me upgrade my broadband. Whilst this has not happened yet I’m looking forward to it working. May I suggest that on the app put links in the appropriate place on the help pages. They advise what to do but don’t give directions to get there.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent. Vicky called back when she said she would. She explained the process to me and contacted my provider to tell them I was leaving, so I really had nothing to do except answer a few questions. I am also an EE customer with regard to three contracts and she looked at them and reduced two of the bills for me. It really was a good experience all round.

I don't need speak to my old provider…
I don't need speak to my old provider to cancel. It was done straight away. Date set for installation was booked within minutes. Very fast. But the online process was a little confusing, but I'm not that technically minded and my fiber broadband is very slow. So it took a while.

Guy was very helpful but I did not get…
Guy was very helpful but I did not get the deal I was offered and hub extender did not appear. Have now had to up my speed having agreed previous. Have been with we/ T-Mobile for over 15 years and not pleased that my package was not fulfilled. However the guy was very respectful but could not give me the package I was offered
