The hotel room's were great ,I have two things that I wasn't happy about 1. the disabled toilets were in the women's toilets, the men's toilets were not wheelchair accessible, my son was complained about on several occasions for having to go into the women's toilets. 2. The food i was very dissatisfied with, it was pork and chicken every day for 2 weeks. The staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful.

Thank you for your review.
I am sorry to hear your delivery was not handled as expected. Upon checking your account, I can see that we received your prescription on the 15/04 and dispatched your order on the 17/04, within 2 working days.
We do dispatch all parcels using a 48-hour delivery method as standard, which is a 2-3 working day target date. As your order was dispatched just before the bank holiday weekend it did take until the 22/04 for your delivery to be complete.
I would like to clarify that our maximum order timescale is 10-working days from the point of request to delivery. So your order was handled well within this timescale, and would have been even faster if not for the bank holiday. Please bear this information in mind for any future orders.
