I’m sorry to hear some of the vapes you ordered didn’t work.
I’ve looked into this for you and can see your last order was in fact from October 2025.
I’ve also searched our customer support platform and can’t see that any contact has been made in order for us to resolve which makes this review quite disappointing.
We will always assist, given the chance.
I have noted you purchased 1 x Al Fakher 30k kit and multiple refills, so this may well be the issue you’ve experienced, as the device will only take 1 additional refill before it needs disposing of - which you may have missed from the product description.
Please consider updating your review, as these mean a lot to us.

Sono Italiano e scrivo in italiano così da far arrivare il messaggio anche a chi volesse acquistare dall'italia il sito è molto serie e attendibile l'unico vero limite sono le imposte doganali che comunque sono smorzate dal sito che viene in contro al cliente con qualche espediente

Dopo il pagamento mi hanno chiesto un sovrapprezzo.
Ho chiesto il rimborso in quanto non professionali, non si chiedono soldi in più dopo due giorni dall'ordine.
Sto aspettando il rimborso ma i soldi non arrivano.
Sono inaffidabili ,non professionali.

You ordered with us on Sunday 13th July and we reached out regarding the service you'd selected not allowing more than 2 internal batteries per parcel, which is when we requested a further shipping cost or a free upgrade to UPS. You declined both our offers, in which a refund was processed the very next day. International refunds can take a little longer to arrive - however, you should have this by now.
