This was my first time arranging transportation in Europe with a large group of friends (20+). I worked with a wonderful person named Katernya and she helped me every step of the way and responded very quickly when I needed her input. Everything went extremely well and the vehicles were new and clean and the drivers were excellent, although next time I will ask specifically for a driver who speaks my language so alleviate any confusion. But all worked out and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend.

Sent contact details for the driver so we had a way to get in touch prior to collection to arrange exact meeting points at the airport

Driver was quite abrupt and grumpy about the number of bags
We had 31 passengers and 31 main bags
He was cross that 2 people wanted to put rucksacks in the hold rather than on laps in the coach

He also got cross because someone left a full bottle of coke on a seat (it fell out of the pocket)

As in any organization, people are where it all starts. Kateryna in their office was simply wonderful. Excellent and prompt communication with precise information. Bojan, the driver was fantastic; polite, knowledgeable, careful and trusted. The bus was in great shape, almost new and spotless clean.
Our group was very happy and we would certainly work with that company again.

We encountered no issues with our booking. We had booked a pickup and drop-off from/to El Prat in Barcelona.

We received details of bus driver in advance - and were able to confirm details.

We had a company trip that needed to take people from Brussels-Antwerp-Brussels. I searched online and found BusRental24. Initially, I wasn't sure if they were legit because I had not worked with this company. However, they proved to be a very good and professional company with customer service agents who responded quickly. They gave me the bus driver's number 2 days before so I could confirm with him directly. The coach was big and clean and the driver knew exactly where to go. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a coach to take them around Belgium or anywhere else they operate. I would hire them again if the opportunity arises.
