I don't understand why La Quinta by Wyndham in Odessa, Texas, doesn't have a higher rating or more stars. My stay was exceptional. Booking process online was the easiest I've ever experienced. This is my 3rd time staying there for an extended amount of time. During the day, it's super quiet. Parking lot is super clean. Housekeeping staff is very thorough, very helpful, and if you need anything, they're all very accommodating. Check in is quick and the staff up front is very nice and pleasant. At night, there is no loud music, no people hanging out in the parking lot, your cars and belongings are safe, and there is no questionable "activity" going on at any time of the day.
They are updating their rooms right now so there is a bit of construction, but all materials in parking lot are neatly organized. The updated rooms look very elegant, very nice. Do not judge this place by the stars given, give it a chance. They don't disappoint.

The reservation was handled well. Housekeeping was very responsive and friendly providing a very reasonably priced room to get a good night's rest.
Although the hotel is under a complete renovation and there is no restaurant on the premises, the common areas were neat and tidy. Still waiting for the $100 security deposit to be returned to my account.

Great hotel BUT the experience was made better by the excellent staff who could not do enough for me !!!

The Hyatt Union Square was a last-minute booking for me and was driven by two factors - a decent price and a trusted brand. But the staff is what really stands out at the is Hyatt. Michelle and all of the front desk as well as the energetic, procative, helpful bellmen all helped me throughout a two-night stay at the end of what had been a great deal of travel and work over a month. The room was well cooled on a hot summer day, clean, well-appointed and secure. I'll definitely keep this on my list for places to stay below 14th St.

This hotel has amazing customer service. They went up and above with their communication.

Their check in hours didn’t match with ours. They gave us ways to work around it. The week before I made a mistake on our dates. They were wonderful with working with us.

The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious. The beds offer the best nights sleep. The security is top notch. Next time I hope we can leave a review on the restaurant.

Horrible company they booked a wrong hotel for me even it wasn’t a hotel they booked a motel to me completely different location and quality and they are keeping me wait more than 1h to refund and they are refusing to refund me till they canceled the reservation which shouldn’t be my problem but they made their mistake my problem , awful never use them. 20 July Update, l had to sent them 100 text messages and nothing had been solved, now l started the process and made a comment here, now they are saying this, never use this website, they made me stay in a low quality Motel which l didnt book , refused to refund and made me chase them for a week for my refund and no result since now they are awful with customer service and they can't even provide a invoice and there was a discrepancy with the Motel invoice and what l paid, guess where that discrepancy goes without invoice. EVERTHING IS BAD WITH THIS COMPANY.

Cleanliness of the room and the facilities. The booking process was a breeze. The breakfast was good even though they ran out of eggs by the time I got there.

Hmm...I left on Sunday July 5th after smoke alarm went off and fire department was called. I was there from Friday, July 3rd to Sunday, July 5th. I was rest assured I would get my deposit back. There was roaches, ice machine was broke, lobby was very hot, vending machines only, bottled water would have been nice. There was no hot coffee nor breakfast. I should get back money from the room on the 5th since we were wakened at 2 a.m to exit the rooms. Thank u!! Still haven't got my deposit back!!!!

Deceptive pricing. Not only does it show prices that are much cheaper than end up being available when you click through. It also hides VAT as if in America so the prices are higher than shown

Room was clean bed for night was good, temperature was good bathroom was good, looked new felt new would stay again

Arrived at hotel to be informed my booking had been cancelled the day earlier. Called customer support which costs an absolute fortune. After 45 minutes they told me my booking had been cancelled due to a technical issue at their end. Nothing else they could do. Had to arrange alternative accommodation in hotel carpark as the hotel was now fully booked. Absolute disgrace. Avoid this company.

I got there very late. Staff was very kind, professional and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable.
Not a deal breaker but I didn't like the paid wifi setup, unless for members.
Overall, great.

I booked a hotel through them in Coldwater Michigan called Coldwater suites, the most disgusting place I've ever visited full of bugs, hair and other unmentionable gross stuff. It took a little back and forth but Brek refunded the charge and MADE IT RIGHT - thank you!!

This company is fraudulent and credit card scam. Booked a hotel through their website and received a confirmation but no reservation number from hotel. When hotel was called to confirm the clerk said yes its been reserved but then called me back saying the credit card provided from Brek was invalid. She only got 1$ to go through after trying 11 times. I ended up showing up to the hotel and paid a 2nd time with another reservation. Brek refuse to cancel their transaction or refund after the hotel returned their 1$. They update their email with the new confirmation number that I booked the 2nd time by calling the front desk for that information.

The rooms are great and well-designed, so I gave a 4, but the game room was poorly maintained. The ping pong paddles were all broken and there was only one ball. If you supply $5 paddles when new, you can afford to replace them occasionally. Also, the foosball table had broken kickers and only one ball. The pp table was the draw for us and not the karaoke, so disappointing.

Finally, some of the staff gave me unnecessary attitude, perhaps because I am binary (just a guess). I was non-judgmental so I didn’t elicit the snippiness.
