Occhio alla truffa dell’abbonamento
Paghi per l’accesso per 3 giorni ma, senza che sia specificato, poi parte un abbonamento automatico di ben 50€ al mese.
Molto poco trasparente e decisamente fatto apposta per fregare la gente. Inoltre il servizio è scadente, non sei seguito da operatori veri e ti dice cose scontate e banali.

!! SCAM fate attenzione !!
come me tanti altri, hanno subito uno scam enorme. per la prima volta decido di aprire un link stupidissimo da Instagram per il quiz "che tipo di strega sei" (ho fatto male? si e me ne rendo conto). faccio tutto e vedo che per vedere il risultato basta una roba come 1,90€ per tre giorni e allora accetto.
sapendo in seguito l'abbonamento sarebbe continuato vado nella PAGINA APPOSITA PER DISDIRE I PAGAMENTI (nota importante) e mi dice, testuali parole, "non ci sono abbonamenti addebitati sul tuo profilo". allora a posto, finito qui? assolutamente no.
oggi ricevo un addebito di 48,79€ (ci tengo a scriverlo preciso perché così non nascondiamo niente) e giustamente mi incazzo. sinceramente scam puro, consiglio vivamente a tutti di eliminare l'account così magari vi evitate tutta sta cafonata.
ho contattato l'assistenza e sto attendendo risposta.

Trial ma addebito 48,79€, truffatori
Mi sono iscritto al servizio di Astroline pagando 1€ per una prova iniziale, con l'impressione che si trattasse di un'offerta semplice e senza vincoli. Ho successivamente annullato l'iscrizione nei tempi previsti, convinta che non ci sarebbero stati ulteriori addebiti.
Inoltre, provando a rimuovere il metodo di pagamento dal sito, non è stato possibile cancellarlo
Con grande sorpresa e frustrazione, ho invece riscontrato un addebito di 48,79€ sul mio conto, senza alcun preavviso chiaro o consenso esplicito a un rinnovo a pagamento di tale importo.
