🚨 PUBLIC WARNING ABOUT AIRFROSTY — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING


I am writing this review to warn other customers about my personal experience with Airfrosty.

I paid for an order and I have still not received the products I paid for, nor have I received a refund.

What is especially frustrating is that when I have managed to get a response, I have repeatedly been told that my order would arrive. I have been given promises and assurances, but the order still has not arrived and my money has not been returned.

I have tried to be patient and give them the opportunity to resolve this, but I feel that I have been left with no choice but to speak publicly about my experience.

At this point, I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Airfrosty to be extremely careful. I personally would not order from them again, and I do not want anyone else to find themselves in the same situation.

No products. No refund. Repeated promises.

I am sharing this review so that potential customers can make an informed decision before handing over their money.

Airfrosty: I want money back !!!!!

Niet bestellen bij dit bedrijf

Niet bestellen bij dit bedrijf. Ik heb voor € 100,- ventilatoren besteld. Geen reactie van ze via WhatsApp of e-mail, dus gewoon geld kwijt.
Voortaan eerst beter uitvogelen of het wel betrouwbaar is 😢

Oplichting

Oplichting! Niet hier bij bestellen. Of iets soortgelijks qua airco maar met andere naam. Er wordt niets geleverd. Je krijgt ogenschijnlijk netjes een aankoop bevestiging. Ze mailen je nog met of je adres kloppend is en het dan verzonden wordt maar er komt niets. Op je mails krijg je nooit reactie. Ik heb melding gemaakt en aangifte gedaan en hopelijk krijg ik geld terug via de bank.

Pas op oplichting!!

Direct een reactie via mail, dat er iets mis is gegaan met leverancier en dat er max 30 dagen levertijd op zit. Nog 1 appje gehad met dezelfde info. Dit bedrijf houd je aan lijntje om vervolgens je op te lichten. Aangifte gedaan en geld terug van Creditcard maatschappij. Jammer dat dit soort bedrijven blijven oppoppen.
