E' una truffa! Non ho mai usufruito dei loro servizi e prima di cercare su google non ne avevo mai sentito parlare.
Mi sono trovato addebiti di €29,99 sulla carta da diversi mesi.
Chiedo il rimborso degli importi indebitamente prelevati e la chiusura immediata del mio conto.

Abbonamento occulto e prelievi non autorizzati (Attenzione!)
Servizio attivato tramite una presunta offerta di prova, trasformato subdolamente in un abbonamento ricorrente da 29,99 € al mese senza alcuna chiara informativa preventiva. Hanno continuato a prelevare soldi a mia insaputa per mesi. Nonostante le richieste di storno, l'assistenza iniziale ha fatto muro. Ho dovuto bloccare i pagamenti automatici e aprire contestazioni per pratiche commerciali ingannevoli. Pretendo il rimborso integrale di tutte le rate non autorizzate.

Sito ingannevole al limite del truffaldino. partono con offerta di verifica di un numero di telefono gratuito, dopo di che dicono di non aver trovato il mittente e chiedono un euro. Se, come me, ci caschi e paghi questo euro, ti abbonano a tua insaputa ad un servizio a 29,99 al mese che ti addebitano. Tua insaputa dopo solo 7 giorni !!! State alla larga da questo sito.

mi hanno chiesto un euro per avere info…
mi hanno chiesto un euro per avere info su un numero che mi perseguitava, non ho ricevuto nessuna info per quel euro speso, ma poi a mia insaputa mi hanno prelevato in automatico su PayPal un immporto di 29.99€ a questo punto ho parlato con Paypal spiegando la questione e loro hanno dato ragione ai truffatori.
Io ho chiuso immediatamente il conto PayPal perché sono dell'aviso che ogni volta va richiesta l'autorizzazione al proprietario del conto.

Apprezzo la disponibilità
Devo essere onesto: dopo aver lasciato una recensione molto negativa, l’azienda si è attivata per risolvere il problema.
L’azienda offre servizi utili, di cui ho usufruito anch’io per alcuni giorni tramite il periodo di prova gratuito. Nel mio caso, però, nonostante avessi interrotto il periodo di prova, mi sono stati addebitati automaticamente 29,99 € al mese. Ritengo che situazioni di questo tipo debbano essere gestite con maggiore trasparenza, per evitare spiacevoli sorprese agli utenti.
Mi sono accorto degli addebiti soltanto dopo alcuni mesi, ma devo riconoscere che, una volta contattata, l’azienda si è dimostrata disponibile e corretta, provvedendo al rimborso di tutti gli importi.
Per questo motivo, pur suggerendo all’azienda di migliorare i controlli e la chiarezza nella gestione degli abbonamenti, riconosco la serietà dimostrata nella risoluzione del mio caso.
Aggiorno quindi la mia valutazione: apprezzo il comportamento dell’azienda e la disponibilità dimostrata nel rimediare al problema.

Una truffa. Servizio inutile. Non mi ha fornito alcuna risposta in merito al numero oggetto della ricerca. Disdetto subito tutto, anche perchè con l’inghippo di un euro per conoscere il report ( inutile ) si cela un abbonamento che va disdetto entro il periodo di prova. I dati sul proprietario del numero li ho trovati gratuitamente grazie all’AI. Non fatevi fregare !

Onestamente, ho avuto le informazioni che cercavo di un soggetto che abita in america Latina. Tuttavia, sono veramente scorretti perché nascondono abilmente il fatto che dopo la prima ricerca quasi gratis ti addebitano un abbonamento mensile (a tua insaputa). Ne ne sono accordo per caso controllando gli addebiti sulla carta di credito. Ho faticato ad ottenere la disdetta dell'abbonamento nonostante io abbia mandato una mail in inglese. E' una truffa vera e propria. Peccato perché il servizio potrebbe essere molto utile.

Spariti, hanno raggirato mia madre, rispondono alle mail dicendo che la risposta verrà data dal reparto competente, è già la decima volta che provo e prendono solo tempo per effettuare nuovi prelevamenti.
Creso di essere nel frattempo riuscito a cancellare l'iscrizione, ho chiesto conferma, stessa mail automatica senza una vera risposta.
E' una truffa semilegalizzata di cui si dovrebbero vergognare, se verrà effettuato un ulteriore addebito passerò "la palla" al mio legale, vergogna!!!

Anch'io ci sono cascato nella prova gratuita (2 prelievi da 50 cent). E va bene, ma gratuito, in lingua italiana, è altra cosa.
Vedo che non si sforzano neppure di rispondere nella stessa lingua di chi richiede i loro servizi.
