Una cosa del genere non mi era mai successa, un po' sto attento, un po' sono fortunato.
Stesso identico meccanismo dei casi già citati: 30 luglio ricerco un numero di telefono sul sito, e mi addebitano 0,5 euro, dopo 4 giorni altri 0,5 euro senza utilizzo del servizio (avran sondato il terreno), poi l'11 agosto 29,90 euro, e visto che si trovavan bene, 3 settembre altri 29,90 euro. Strano che PAYPAL non vigili e segnali la cosa. Per ora ho affidato a PAYPAL la richiesta di rimborso...e non rinuncerò.
Ho interpellato alcune A I, ed in estrema sintesi mi dicono questo: “Quindi non è un'email di phishing pura: è un'azienda reale che esiste davvero — ma con pratiche commerciali molto aggressive e ingannevoli, quasi al limite della truffa.”
Quasi al limite, vuol dire che non è ancora truffa, sono stati furbissimi, spero mi rimborsino, non è giusto agire in questo modo.
Mi pare molto strano comunque che PAYPAL non combatta queste pratiche, uno si sentiva protetto…ed invece

Ho autorizzato un pagamento di 1 euro per una prova, mi vengono addebitati due pagamenti di 0,50 euro ma poi, a fine agosto, mi viene addebbitata una somma di euro 29.99 prelevata senza un mio specifico ordine su Pay-pal e quindi dalla mia carta...sono stato letteralmente truffato da questo sito e quindi state attenti ad utilizzarlo...potreste avere spiacevoli conseguenze.
Aggiornamento: 04/09/2026 - Dopo la recensione negativa sono stato contattato e mi è stato confermato che hanno annullato l'abbonamento non richiesto esplicitamente e rimborsato l'addebito. Grazie a Trustpilot, se vi capita utilizzatelo!!!

E' una truffa
E' una truffa, ti attivano un abbonamento senza chiedere nulla poi le informazioni che ti danno sono minime, promettono di tutto e di più poi alla fine non risulta niente anche su mezzi che risultano fortemente incidentati con 100 denunce e foto quindi totalmente inaffidabile. Usate altro, questi vi inculano solo i soldi e non vi danno niente e in più dopo 15 giorni vi trovate anche in abbonamento che non avete mai richiesto attivo sul vostro conto !!!!

Terribile..al limite della truffa
Terribile... Al limite della truffa.
Chiarisco che sono un esperto di infrastrutture web, quindi non valuto in sensazioni.
Non so nemmeno se bastano i caratteri per segnalare tutte le follie che ho trovato ma ci proverò.
1. La ricerca è del tutto farlocca messa lì per fare un timing generalizzato e quando viene proposto il report non viene in alcun modo detto la qualità del rapporto stesso.
in altre parole vi dicono che hanno trovato i dati, ma se siete fortunati, probabilmente vi verrà detto che è un telefono italiano che appartiene a Tim, Vodafone o altro. Tutte cose che potete verificare su Google in 10 secondi completamente gratis.
Già questo è un fatto estremamente grave perché vi viene dichiarato il falso,ovvero che hanno trovato dei dati utili. ma in realtà non hanno trovato niente di quello che cercate veramente.
2. La formula iniziale gratuita in realtà non esiste perché se volete visionare il risultato, anche se scadente è inutile come ho precisato nel paragrafo precedente, vi viene chiesto di versare un euro.
si tratta di una mossa molto astuta dal punto di vista della curiosità e nella quale molti cadono.
Il problema è che quell'euro in realtà è la promo che attiva automaticamente un abbonamento che poi vi verrà addebitato mensilmente.
Mi fermo qui ma credo che soltanto questi due elementi la dicano lunga sul motivo della mia recensione negativa.
Da evitare in modo assoluto!

L'azienda ha prontamente replicato al mio commento chiedendo ulteriori informazioni.
Ringrazio ovviamente l'azienda ma non modifico di una, il mio precedente commento, né fornirò nessuna indicazione aggiuntiva né tantomeno mi interessa ricevere un rimborso.
Il problema è che il vostro modello di business è poco chiaro, e per un'azienda che si propone di eliminare le cose poco chiare sulla rete è un paradosso assoluto.

Durante la ricerca di un numero ti fanno vedere che sono stati trovati diversi dati. Alla fine della ricerca ti chiedono 1€ per avere il report. Il pagamento attiva, senza consenso, anche i successivi pagamenti automatici, ed ogni click successivo sul sito si trasforma in un pagamento di 50 centesimi. In pochi secondi mi sono stati addebitati 3 pagamenti automatici senza alcun avviso (li ho trovati nei movimenti di PayPal). Naturalmente il report ottenuto era privo di qualsiasi informazione.

Truffa con addebito abbonamento non richiesto di 29,99 mensili
sono dei truffatori, richiedi un servizio che paghi regolarmente e dopo qualche giorno ti attivano un abbonamento da 29,99 euro per 28 giorni con addebito automatico sulla carta usata o c/paypal senza che nessuna richiesta esplicita sia sta fatta.
Da evitare assolutamente visto che anche il servizio di informazioni che danno è assolutamente scadente !!

Bravi nel riconoscere i propri errori
Ho ricevuto due primi addebiti di 0,5 euro che erano annunciati per poter fare una prima prova. Le informazioni ricercate per una esigenza estemporanea, non sono state ottenute, ma questo ci sta. A quel punto non essendo cosciente di aver sottoscritto alcun abbonamento, non ricevendo mail, eccetera, ritengo che la cosa potesse e dovesse finire lì e perciò abbandono il sito . Ma poi a luglio ricevo un addebito di 29.90 assolutamente gratuito e ingiustificato. Ho fatto luma segnalazione di truffa, ma solo a Paypall, perché ho temuto che ritornare sul sito di Vlarity check potesse farmi fare ancora una qualche azione sbagliata. Ieri mi accorgo che Paypall aveva chiudo la pratica senza dirmi nulla. Allora scrivo un nuovo reclamo a Paypall e contemporaneamente un giudizio molto negativo qui su Trustpilot. Nel giro di pochissimo la pratica di rimborso viene avviata e arriva una mail gentilissima di scuse da Clarity check. In conclusione: per il riconoscimento del proprio errore ritengo doveroso modificare il giudizio su Clarity check portandolo da 1 a 3 stelle. Spero che oltre al rimborso vadano a ricercare le cause di questo loro errore, che nasce probabilmente da una interfaccia molto confusa sulle questioni contrattuali.
