Ti fregano devi leggere proprio tutto arrivi al bancone di noleggio senza sapere che devo o pagare una franchigia di 4000 euro o una'assicurazione di 236 euro alle 23.30'me aspettava il locatore della casa presa stanca ho dovuto pagare questi 236 euro in più io me sono fidata io con Wiber a Palma di Maiorca il anno scorso nn ho avuto questi problemi qua a Valencia nn riuscivo a prenotare con loro fino le 23.00 e ho preso questa compagnia con patner goldcar e me hanno fregato ho dovuto pagare un'assistenza ancora sul carburante di 139 wuri

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the difficulties you encountered during your recent car rental with goldcar. We understand how frustrating this experience must have been, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, since the insurance was accepted and signed for at the rental counter, we won't be able to investigate this matter as legally the contract carries your signature, therefore the supplier won't accept the refund of this amount.
I am sorry we cannot provide the solution you were hoping for on this occasion. I can assure you that it was reached in line with the Terms and Conditions of your rental agreement, and I trust that you can understand our position on this matter.
