Not Good - Avoid
The service here is terrible for both sales and service.
The service department don't have a desk which makes book in and out awkward as is getting hold of anyone.
My wife's vehicle was with them for a month and left parked by the hedges, a rodent has managed to enter the vehicle leaving feces and urine in the vehicle.
I have raised a complaint with the dealer as my wife will not drive the vehicle and obviously there is contamination in there so it's not safe to drive.
They have promised to collect the vehicle for over 2 weeks but have failed to do so, have refused to give me insurance details and left my wife stranded looking after 2 disabled children with no transport and don't appear to care.
We additionally had issues when purchasing the car, promised various things which never happened and even when raising the issues never get resolved.
Avoid.
