Non affidabile
Ho ordinato un treno di gomme con montaggio incluso e data fissata. Il giorno prima dell’appuntamento ho scoperto che erano arrivate solo 2 gomme su 4, senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva.
Non mi è stata data una soluzione concreta né una nuova data certa, ma solo giustificazioni. Ho quindi dovuto organizzarmi da sola all’ultimo momento, sostenendo anche un costo maggiore.
Il rimborso è stato effettuato, ma con 46€ di spese di reso a mio carico, nonostante il problema non fosse causato da me.
Servizio poco affidabile.
