SCAM ALERT - Bad CS on refund request
This is not a review of the product. I haven’t even used it. I subscribed by mistake and immediately requested a refund. Since then, I’ve been stuck in an email loop where they keep telling me they cannot find my account or my payment details. I have provided all the information and even screenshots, yet they continue to reply (with emails that are clearly AI-generated) saying they cannot locate my account. Where I come from, this is called a scam.
