blinds not delivered

We have ordered our blinds about a month ago. We have received one of two, the second one was not even shipped yet( company provided tracking nnumver, but ups website, for last 2 weeks only shows that the label was created- but they did not received the item). We have contacted the customer service already twice ladt weel, nobody come back to us. Very much dissapointing experience.

Dissapointing

I cannot say anything about the frame, as i simply did not ge it. Company do not take Any responsibility for it's shipping services, even if you pay more. There response is" well, we shipped it, rest we do not give a sh*t"". The frame, for last week did not move from Neuenstein in Baden-Württemberg( South Germany)- which is rather weird route to Dublin from Gävle in Sweden,makes one wonder also about the company carbon print. Anyway, I do not recommend it.
