Mi sono ritrovato sul sito hrs per sbaglio perché stavo prenotando con trivago...dopo aver effettuato la prenotazione per un albergo di Verona mi trovo prenotato un albergo a Belluno.. è invece che con trivago con hrs..dopo averli contattati non mi hanno risolto il problema e pagato 2 alberghi sono dei disonesti
