A loan that I nearly cleared and became very ill and fell into debt. I owed less than 100 now according to helixits 700+. It's not.
I'm autistic with learning difficulties and currently in and out of hospital. This company are parasites they will ring you multiple times before 830am they will email and email. Who ever writes their communication has typed a teenager because when I offered a pay day that I knew I could make I had some pi**y reply. Deeply unprofessional, literal predators. Currently in process of getting help from a FOS and citizens advice due to how bad they've been. Caused genuine stress while I've been in hospital.
I've asked for all communication to be through email because of how bad they are and they refuse to listen they ring and ring. It's so there's no paper trail to how awful they really are.

Haven't used you in years TBF no reason but the delivery was quick and it was good value cheaper than Amazon was.

They're small not too invasive and with a single click of the camera it lets me know where my dog is and let the person know about it's loss.

Your service is great, always had been. The only gripe I have with you as a company is your absolute disgusting 'admin' charges. Sometimes £10+ to change a ticket etc when it takes a computer (not even a human) to change it. That's why I use you less now as other companies like Uber etc don't charge sometimes more than the ticket itself for an admin charge

Quick application, quick response and card and pin were here within days.

Had never used WBAP before but will definitely use them again. Within 36 hours(probably less) of phone delivery I had payment. They gave the full amount offered and even gave an extra £5 becuase it was with them within 5 days. They let me know everything that was happening with the process and we're very professional.

1st order I ordered 2 of the same item, they sent 2 items, one being the one I ordered and the other a cheaper alternative. Both boxes where damaged and the one bottle was also damaged. When I spoke to them on the phone they were useless then when I spoke to them through email it was aww send them back we'll send you knew etc after I'd already said I was on holiday for the next 16 days so had no chance to that's why I bought said items. They don't seem to care about things being new or packaged well they just want to make the money. I won't be using them again.

Payment is also very quick. Brilliant company and customer service was always there if any questions or queries were raised.
