Esperienza pessima con GLS. Il pacco aveva indirizzo e note chiarissime, ma nel tracking scrivono “indirizzo errato / nominativo inesistente”.
Contatto l’assistenza e la tipa mi risponde che “nei dati non c’era il cognome sul campanello”… come se si potesse spedire a degli ignoti 🤦‍♂️
Tutti gli altri corrieri consegnano senza alcun problema, solo GLS trova sempre una scusa.
Servizio imbarazzante e totale mancanza di serietà.
Una stella solo perché zero non si può dare.

I’m writing to express my growing concern regarding the unacceptable delays in your responses. Despite providing all the requested documentation, the funds have been blocked for weeks without any valid explanation.

I have never requested the account closure. How is this possible?

Moreover, the continuous requests for additional documents — often repetitive — seem unnecessary and only add to the frustration.



I kindly ask for an immediate resolution to this matter. Please clarify the exact reason for the delay and the specific steps required to release the funds.
