I have used Music Magpie for some years purchasing mobiles and selling dvds/cds and been impressed with the smooth transactions. I recently purchased a mobile then after transferring my data across, the memory wasn't big enough, (completely my fault) so looked to return it, and purchase a higher spec. It was so easy, hassle free, no questions asked, they even absorbed the cost to return it! Just received notification of receipt and an apology that my purchase didn't work out. I honestly can't rate them high enough. If only all businesses operated this way.

purchasing a 3yr card. In my experience the companies listed that I have approached do not accept student card. So sold on absolute lies! Waste of money.

We took the sightseeing cruise from Westminster to Greenwich and it was easily a highlight of our trip. Our guide was a traditional Waterman who was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much history about the Thames that you just don't get from a guidebook.
What really made the experience, though, was his humour. He kept the whole boat laughing while we took in the sights. It was both educational and genuinely entertaining. If you’re looking for a great way to see London from a different perspective, I would highly recommend this!

Twice now I have ordered from Iceland, primarily for the 2.1kg diced chicken bag and made the order up to get free delivery, both times the chicken has been refunded and received the remaining items that I wasn't really fused about! No option to cancel the whole order.
Will not be ordering again!

Just back from a 3 night stay in the glass roofed Aurora Cabins at Northern Lights Village in Finland. This has been one the best holidays ever. The romantic retreat was spot on, throughly enjoyed the many excursions, great attention to detail to ensure the best experience is had. All winter outer clothing provided and were good clean condition. Some lovely little extras like ample sleighs to transport your luggage/kids to and from. It really was the cutest little retreat. I would highly recommend!

Ordered mushroom complex. I did not subscribe, yet a month late they have taken money from my account.
Customers are unable to cancel, as the links do not work and you are stuck in a loop.
I have also tried the chat feature, which asks for you to message direct. So I guess that's not the chat feature? Messaged direct, awaiting a reply...

My Son had his mobile stolen abroad. I contacted Smarty to get his SIM cancelled, to protect his data, but even though I was the bill payer (for 3 sim cards, myself and both my kids) I couldn't due to data protection. But I was able (as the bill payer) to cancel my whole account, of 3 SIM cards and go elsewhere! Goodbye Smarty, you couldn't help in my hour of need.

Free money! What's not to love. Most purchases are tracked quickly. Any that don't are dealt with promptly once missing claim is raised. I've had just under £2k in total!

Fraudulent Order.
Received an order confirmation for a £40 order - not placed by myself, nor local. Managed to cancel the order and delete my account. Fingers crossed the payment isn't taken!
JE needs to step up thier verification process to protect what customers they have left.

Ordered a paddleboard, 3-7 days delivery. Email stated I would receive a tracking number once dispatched. Day 10, nothing received, no courtesy email to say it's delayed, nowt. Tried to do web chat, tried emailing, tried phoning, to no avail. Seems like they don't exist. Now having the hassle of going via my bank to get my money back.

Ordered a ring sizer, then ordered an eternity ring. Delivery time was given on ordering. Slightly smaller design than expected, I think the pic was slightly magnified, but gorgeous ring! Must comment on the box, it has a small fitted light, so it sparkles on opening it! Never seen that before. Great experience and really pleased.

I really look forward to receiving the boxes, sometimes disappointed when I get 2 hand creams (different brands) in one box. But lovely boxes thou!

I used to have a Glossybox every month, then took a break over Christmas, was offered a Box at a reduced rate which I accepted, then then charged me full price! I messaged them and said refund the difference or I'll never come back. No refund. So never returned.

Been with Three for absolute years. I had the whole family with Three. Had to cancelled the children's SIM, they decided not to use the PAC. Cancelled the d/d after last payment. Wasn't aware I was still being charged and I also had no way of knowing either. Three did not send a bill for 6 months! Because dragging their heels was in their interest, wasn't it. That was the first I knew of the ongoing charges. I feel completely deceived and I WILL NEVER GO BACK THREE AGAIN.
Reply: Yes I learnt the hard way, thanks. I notice there's no comment about Three taking 6 months to inform me I was clocking up a £120 bill though!
Update: Obv. It's all sorted now Reece, but not sending an invoice for 6 months, to make customer aware is incredibly underhanded and morally wrong. I would never recommend anyone to Three for this reason alone.

Found an fab cushion in their Spira range. Ordered online, very fast delivery, great quality, looks amazing on my sofa! Really pleased.

Thieves. Ordered a Samsung S8+ arrived faulty, returned and apparently fixed, 6 weeks later another major fault, returned. Never got fixed, never got a replacement, now chasing for my money back. I have no idea how they are still allowed to trade.

Super fast delivery. Ordered 'very good' Samsung 8+ it was immaculate, like a brand new phone. Did I mention, free delivery and 1yr warranty! After being stung by another 'quick mobile fix' company, I'll now use MusicMagpie everytime!
