C'est une arnaque. Le service client est inexistant. Ma commande était tellement en retard que je n'en avais plus besoin. Malgré mes tentatives répétées d'annulation et de remboursement, j'ai été tout simplement ignoré.

I ordered a brace for my very badly twisted ankle at the beginning of December... it was URGENT....
No news and no replies to my emails until I said that I would put a bad review on here.
Then I am told that my order is being prepared.. Well from the 14th December we are In Spain for 5 months so there is no point that I have the brace in May !!!!!!
I have asked for a refund and yet again no response

The language, I live in the French speaking region of Switzerland the site is ONLY in German. No possibility to change the language to French or English.
Extremely frustrating to order and pay
