Spoke with a really helpful guy called James managed to do me a refund

Been waiting since June still no refund tel line dead and no reply to my emails at a time when money is tight and In a recession what right does this company have to hold on to your tax refund??
Spoke to HMRC and they said never give a company control over your refund they take a big percentage and people have been reporting no refund at all they asked for my contact details which I have given but am dubious to give them my bank details said they would send a cheque but not received this either?
Have been advised to report to fraud…
