First things FIRST…. You need a complete revamp of you customer service. The phone wait for over 2.5 hours one afternoon and many other lengthy waits is JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE.
My order for a Santiago set (SO209321)was cancelled definitively on 31st July.
Numerous emails, phone calls , promises of refund…. And still NOTHING in my bank account. This is a pattern that seems to be repeated in these reviews. I want this sorted asap.

Thank you for sharing your feedback in relation to your order SO209321. I do apologize for the experience you have had. I am sorry that we had to cancel this order due to extenuating delay with your house construction as you mentioned that you had no other definitive completion date, unfortunately we really cannot hold in stock items for a long period.
