I loved the look of the radiator we purchased. It was a direct replacement for the poor quality one we had previously.
However upon fitting the said radiator, it was apparent that this radiator should of been rejected at the point of quality control.
The reason for this is the flow and return bosses on the radiator were out of alignment, meaning it was near on impossible to fit the existing valves that were in place, as it was in our ensuite in a very tight corner.
So Im guessing that's why the radiator was in the sale!
More fool me for not noticing beforehand.
I doubt I will purchase anything from there in the future.

We’ve since been in touch to better understand what happened, and I genuinely appreciate you taking the time to explain the situation. You're absolutely right, the radiator should have been spot on, and if it had passed through quality control as it should have, this wouldn’t have happened.
We are more than happy to replace any faulty items regardless if they are included in a sale or not - this is not a reflection of their quality and all items are made to a high standard with a competitive warranty. I can see however how the experience may have given that impression and for that I apologise.
