What a woeful experience. Don't waste your time.
What a woeful experience. It all started well with some good rates (after demonstrating good monthly card turnover). I was also given favourable rates for CNP and pay by link.... However there is nowhere on the app or terminal to take CNP payments.
During the on boarding process I was assured that the EPos on the card machine printed itemised receipts. It doesn't. On contacting customer support through chat, I was assured it was in development a several weeks away. On that basis, I asked to cancel my arrangement (as within 14 days of signing up). I was asked if there was anything that Zavo could do to retain my custom. I suggested a few minor rate tweaks, but denied. What was the point of asking.
Eager to carry on the conversation, I have been waiting 2 days for a reply. I wanted to iron out the CNP issue, get a firmer deadline on the itemised receipts... But now being ignored.
Don't waste your time folks. Pay a bit more for a bigger player and get better support.

To clarify, Card-Not-Present (CNP) payments can be processed through the Payment Links feature in our app. They can also be accepted directly on your terminal — this simply requires a quick manual activation by our team, which we’d be happy to enable for you.
Regarding itemised receipts, this feature is currently in development and will be available in an upcoming update. We understand this is important for your business and appreciate your patience while our product team finalises it.
