Super Service. I had a problem with the SIM and the support was amazing good

If I could give this a zero star I would. Absolutely rubbish 3G signal if we were lucky but 90% of the time we had zero signal. Do not use if you are going to Tunisia as there is clearly an issue. My refund request has been refused and they have sent me a copy of inaccurate data used - I can prove this as some of it was whilst the phone was in flight mode. I am going to pursue this through a chargeback via my bank. If you pay for a service, you should get it.

I bought unlimited for sweden but I didn't get unlimited. After about 55 GB of mobile data they limited me to very slow internet.

Honestly it saved me as I was in a trip to Albania. Thank you for your services

I’m changing my previous positive review. After I recommended Yesim and people registered using my promo/QR code, the company suddenly disabled unlimited plans specifically for my account. Support claims these plans are unavailable in my country, which is simply not true — my friends in the same country still have and use them, and I provided screenshots proving it. Support ignores the evidence and gives misleading answers. Terrible customer support and extremely disappointing service. I no longer recommend Yesim to anyone.

I bought an eSIM for Greece for my iPhone 16. The eSIM from Yesim wouldn't work. I contacted customer service but didn't get a helpful response. I then ordered from another provider, and it worked immediately. It was a really unfortunate experience that caused practical problems during my trip to Greece. So, Yesim doesn't work for everyone or in every country.

something is very, very weird with this company. First off their app is "not available for my country". I am in the Netherlands; app should be available. Next off on the website the "contact 24/7" link in the footer does exactly nothing. All other links work perfectly. For a "swiss" company, this is very very weird.
added: even the link for customer service on trustpilot jumps straight into "page does not exist"

I used Yesim eSim 4 days in Bangkok & 8 days in Phuket, had no problems connecting & stayed connected online throughout my whole trip, am very satisfied with this company's product, would use them again, thank you.

Very disappointing experience. The "unlimited" plan is not actually unlimited, and once you hit their cap the internet becomes so slow it's virtually unusable. They suggested upgrading to a paid plan, but somehow we supposedly used 30GB in just a day and a half, despite only using around 40GB over the previous 10+ days on the unlimited plan. We were then told to buy more data. Their AI support bot is frustrating and unhelpful, and by the time a real person responded, we'd already left the country, so there was nothing they could do. Overall, a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this company and would never use them again.

Tried using their services in Cyprus. Maximum data transfer speeds you will get is 5 mbps on midnight. During the day it often switches to Edge. Yes Edge in 2026. Forget about 4G not to mention 5G.
If you happen to choose entering a contact support void, they will ask you to take screenshots of your phones settings. After that they will ask you to toggle options off and on. Last thing they will put the blame on their “local partners”. They obviously have shared data rate limits within framework of their “local partners” or similar cheapest possible deal.

I love yesim out of all esims out there this is amazing bc you can literally use it ANYWHERE for so cheap and unlimited data!

Very disappointing experience with Yesim. I tried to purchase a plan, but the payment system kept showing card/country errors. There was no clear explanation, and I couldn't get a useful solution. I wasted a lot of time trying to complete a simple purchase. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service and would suggest looking at other options before buying a plan.

Took me a while to figure our how to turn on the e-sim after landing in Jordan, but the internet was reliable. The only spot I had no connecting was at the Petra Treasury (which is to be expected in between huge rock formations).

I purchased an eSIM for my trip to Turkey. Unfortunately, nowhere during the booking process was it clearly stated that the connection speed was limited to only 5 Mbps. For my needs, this made the eSIM almost unusable.

I would recommend being much more transparent about speed restrictions before purchase so that customers can make an informed decision and avoid unpleasant surprises. Next time, I will likely choose a different provider.

We had a terrible experience in Thailand. Trains wouldn’t work, the technical team were useless too! I fact, one of them started to get angry as it couldn’t be solved.
We’ve just had a £200 bill for our phones!
Advice would be get an eSIM over there, they’ll sort it for you no hassle. Lesson learnt!
