Over Four Years Waiting for a Heating Refund
After more than four years of waiting for the reimbursement of a credit balance for heating charges, I have still not received any payment. Vimova also never provided the heating expense statements
My request went unanswered for several weeks. However, less than a month before the change of property management, I received payment slips by mail for the following six months, without any response whatsoever to my reimbursement request.
After several follow-ups, I was asked to provide my IBAN again, with the assurance that the reimbursement would be made by bank transfer. That promise was never fulfilled, and since then I have received neither the reimbursement nor any further response.
Unfortunately, my experience with Vimova has been extremely disappointing. Several of my neighbors have told me they encountered similar difficulties.
