We used BioClear in our newly-dug natural pond (14,000l) last autumn and found it clarified the water within days. A second dose when algae appeared in the spring had the same effect. Replacement stock ordered to continue the programme was delivered efficiently.

Expert advice & exceptional products!
Expert advice, top notch products. I used their substrate and Bloom boost to repot my Lily and my sad struggling Lily has now had her first flower and more pads than I can Count. My other plants I ordered are thriving as well. Great customer service!

Bad experience with warranty
Unfortunately I cant give 0 stars. I received some plants in a bad condition. I plant them anyway following their instructions...expecting them to grow. They havent grown. I started a warranty claim with the company. The process is slow ; burocratic and useless. In the end I received a message it was my fault and my pond fault's. As a favor they gave me a voucher (20 euros) to spend more money in a company I dont trust..
Expensive and not good..

They are selling dwarf parrot feather…
They are selling dwarf parrot feather plants, which are banned for sale, distribution or use in the EU and UK. They have not responded to my request to replace this plant with another, legal, oxygenating plant.

Myriophyllum 'Red Stem' (dwarf parrot feather) is a cultivated nursery variant that we have been growing at our own nursery in Bleiswijk for years. This variant differs from the wild Myriophyllum aquaticum listed on the EU invasive alien species regulation. We closely follow European legislation and exclusively work with species and variants that are legally tradeable.
That said, we completely understand your concern. We are sorry that you have not yet received a response to your request. That is not the level of service we aim to provide.
