Terrible .. terrible…. terrible experience I had with them. I bought the Vacation VIP online because I needed to get away and have a bit of fresh air from a lot of things that happened to me this year. My messy divorce, my health and all. After the initial sign in, someone reached out to me and asked me series of personal questions and also about my trip and I emphatically declared that I was traveling with my daughter so the lady said fine . I was registered and all. I even made another payment for hotel security fee to them . Fast forward to about 4 weeks later ( being today) I got a message that I should call them or my booking would be cancelled so I gave them a call and the lady started with are you single? I said I am separated. She kept asking me over and over and I kept telling her that I am not single , married or divorced that I am separated. I was so confused that I asked to speak with another agent which she promptly connected me to. The agent said since I wasn’t married or single, I do not qualify for the vacation bundle anymore . I was flabbergasted because I already took time off work, bought my ticket and my daughter did the same thing just so she could be with me for a while to help me heal. I then said okay fine, I will still travel anyway since I can’t cancel my flight and all so I needed a refund and he said they are not going to refund me a dime. I was disappointed in them because sincerely, today was the first time I head from them that you have to be married or single to qualify after they’ve taken my money.
Careful do not trust this company. If you do not read the fine print you will not realize that you have to attend meetings and that they will charge you $300 if you do not and that each day there is 120 minute or a 90 minute thing you have to do that is not a vacation that is Work.
There is nowhere on the actual flyer that tells you you would be required to attend meetings and stuff like that or be charged. You wouldn’t know if you didn’t read the fine print.
I am a single man (76), have a lady friend. I paid for my Vacation (4days 3nights) 11-25 along with 2 show tickets. In May I selected my dates (18-21). On the 13 they want to pre- register. Then I was told I didn't qualify for the trip because I was single. To quality I had to be married or living with someone. I had to prove this by providing bank statements with the same address. They would not refund my payment but would let me rebook when singles were allowed. This is a scam.
After reading these bad reviews I changed my mind from purchasing appears that this company is filled with dishonesty
VACATION VIP NO GOOD! Beware of SCAMS. If I could give 0 stars I would. SCAM artist. Works out fine if you want to listen to a 90 minute (3 hour plus) presentation. However, they have "options" should you not want to sit through a presentation. They scam you by offering a regular (Ramada Inn type) hotel stay "in the area" you want to be in and tell you if the accommodations available are not satisfactory, they will refund the $99. LIARS! They mention I have 24 hours to cancel then proceed to offer me choices through a a different company, GOCRV. They do this without telling you it will take weeks for this company to contact you regarding your trip. They then say if the 24hrs expires and I find that GOCRV is not able to accommodate me, I'll get a refund, despite their normal 24 hr policy. They even go as far as saying they've made a note of it in the system. Fast forward to 10 days or so later I still haven't heard from GOCRV. I call them and they say they just received my certificate and we proceed to look at accommodations. Longer story shortened, they were not able to accommodate me in the location I had been extremely and overly specific about from the first person I spoke with at VacationVIP, to the last at GOCRV. All of a sudden, "There is no refund and that's the policy," the Vacationvip rep tells me. I remind her of my past conversation with her supervisor in which I was told I'd get a refund. She initially stated that's not possible... aka I'm oa liar. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was initially refused because "there was nothing a supervisor could do." I remind her that their calls are recorded and that this is all on tape. She has me hold for a few minutes, comes back and says she is getting a supervisor. Supervisor comes on and says after listening to the recording, they see where the "confusion" is. Then offer me a partial refund! Its not about the $99. Its the fact they know they were wrong and didn't live up to their word. Obviously they've permanently lost this customer. As explicit as I was and for as many notes they claimed to have taken, they still scammed me. Of course I'll take it up with my credit card company but yes, I feel much better about outing their unprofessional business practices. Companies like these are very nice and persuasive... until they are not. Buyer beware.
As you read the rest of the reviews you'll see how it's exactly that misleading advertising with a hook.
SCAMMMM!!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased with them back in May. The original dates that I chose were for Labor Day weekend and they were requesting an additional $250 so I chose to go this October it was 4 days 3 nights and told her that $113.80 that included my travel protection, processing fee, and package price. I called September the 9th to find out the exact dates I scheduled for my vacation and no one in the company can find my reservation. Then Crystal Perez the reservation agent told me to check with my bank and see what numbers on the bank statement and I called the number and it was all in Spanish. I've emailed the Chrystal Perez the reservation agent with my email that vacation VIP sent me with my reference number and they were still not able to locate my reservation. I paid both for a three night four day vacation to Orlando and I put $150 security deposit for the cruise that I was supposed to take further on in the year and I have not received any information on anything. I've tried messaging them on the site and even their chat line there are not online or it doesn't work. I don't know who else to get in contact with for any assistance. I really wanted my vacation but if I could not get my vacation of course I want my money back. I have tried multiple times to get any assistance to get my vacation. I have tried to dispute this with my financial institution and it has been denied and at this point I'm frustrated, out of my money and out of my vacation and this was for my 40th birthday. Highly disappointed that I have been scammed!
Its a scam. They scam you. Gocrv is not friendly. They are fraud. They commit us to one date and by the time of booking those dates wont be available.
We booked our vacation through Vacation VIP.com and will never do it again. I should have checked their reviews first.
When I called VIP and spoke to a supervisor about the problems I had he told me he was going to look into it and call me back? Two days later I had to call him, and they are not coustomer friendly, they could care less. No satisfaction
Called and got a robot response. 6pm eastern on a Wednesday and was closed. To contact on their email sight is impossible literally. I am glad I read the reviews and still have a month to get a hotel and can plan my vacation accordingly now.

They lie, change terms and add fees with every step of the way. They say the calls are recorded, but they lie and do what they want the entire time. Do not waste your time.

Don’t trust it’s a scam. I’m not going to write but everything about them is foul. They stolen my money, hotel got cancelled , passed me from agent to agent only to get disconnected or hung up on. I ended up stranded then my credit card got locked up because they attempted to charge it numerous times with random merchants . Don’t use this company their crooks. Remember , IF WHAT THEY STE SELLING SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IS PROBABLY IS!!

DO NOT BELIEVE 5 star comments here because all of them are robot comments (only 1 review in life time).
Whenever you call them for make a reservation after you already PAID, they are going to ask you too many personal questions (why??) what is your income, are you married, do you have citizenship etc?
Is this vacation or something else?
Then they refused me because i`m not married :D They told me they are not able to make a refund because it is more than 30 days already.
Nice scam!

I saw the special fior Florida on Facebook!
$197 for 5 nights! I bought it in January as a grad gift for my kid! I knew there was a tour, as they asked for income an if I was married! We qualified, and I had my husband ask for time off, so we could go. I had to change the dates so they said it was going to be $39 more. They said to confirm the dates at least a week in advance, which I did and was asked the same questions, how much we make! We were also promised a $100 gift card! When we got to the resort, the clerk said, we booked through a third party so there isn't a tour for us, we do need to pay for resort fees, cuz we aren't doing a tour! I said we flew from Seattle, and the whole point was this tour, and gift card! He said call the Welcome center in the Morning and ask what happened to your tour. He said if you were doing the tour, you wouldn't have to pay the fees. Also Vacation VIP said there was a Waterpark there, and didn't say it was extra! I was very confused, as Vacation VIP confirmed my dates, I get to the resort and they said it was pending. Oh brother!
So it was the weekend, we only had 5 nights. Wasted one night arriving, other night trying to figure out the tour which the Welcome center kept saying wasn't there. So we went down to speak to them, which they said we were booked through a third party, they couldn't do the tour the same day, so my husband spoke up, and they said we had to call some customer service number. We wasted the whole day calling, and I spoke to two guys, one that gave me VIP's number, one I didn't have. But was a recording. I called several times, couldn't get through.
Someone from the resort than called me back, about having me go back to the Welcome center, that they had two times we could do the tour. When we went back, they were not nice, wouldn't let us have a tour, told us to call their broker VIP again. Long story short, flew so far away, hoping to get a $100 gift card, never did, husband got time off work to come, water park not included. Really felt like we got scammed!

According to the information I received, I had a confirmed reservation for the dates of September 13 through 16. However, upon my arrival at the Westgate Hotel, I was shocked to learn that no such reservation existed. The hotel's front desk attendant informed me that my reservation had been cancelled by a third party. In compliance with their suggestion, I promptly contacted the third party, Vacation VIP, but to my dismay, the response I received left me in a dire situation, alone, and thousands of miles away from my home.
What was most distressing about this ordeal was the lackof empathy and concern displayed by the management at Vacation VIP. I spoke with two different managers and neither of them showed or expressed any empathy, compassion or understanding of my predicament. They simply stated that there was NOTHING they could do to assist me. The first manager that I spoke with initially had no suggestions or any process in place for situation as delegate as this and had to refer me to another manager that was promised to call me the following business day. I was made to feel like, "I was totally disregarded and left out in the cold to die!" I had no place to stay for the night and no way to get back to my home!
I was contacted the next morning by an additional manager and the experience was just as bad as the night before. I was met with the same level of unprofessionalism and a complete absence of empathy, which only added to my distress. I was stranded, thousands of miles away from home, alone, without a reservation that Vacation VIP nor Westgate had cancelled, according to both parties and without any support or assistance from Vacation VIP whom I trusted. My immediate safety and well-being were jeopardized, and Vacation VIP was unwilling to take responsibility for the situation they had put me in.
I would like to highlight that the way this situation was handled reflects poorly on Vacation VIP and has left me deeply disappointed. There is NO reason in the world that I would use your services or trust Vacation VIP with travel arrangements for me or any of my family or friends. I was not prepared to have to pay additional money for lodging as well as the securing additional accommodations. I owe my life to Westgate manager, Ivan Sanchez! If only he knew the magnitude of respect and compassion he demonstrated, and I will be forever grateful to him. He literally saved my LIFE! I had trusted Vacation VIP to ensure my accommodations and safety during my trip. Instead, I found myself in a situation that I would not wish upon anyone, and it was disheartening to see the lack of care and concern exhibited by the Vacation VIP managers.
