Raised prices during booking
Used another website (BringFido) to book and declined same details put in. Came to hotel website and tried to book and did it within the 10 min window and they raised the price internally from 430 to 450. Still have to call for dog reservation as they did not have option to state details and intent

Disgusting and deceptive tactics. This is a scam service that charges large sums of money for a third party booking service. They intercept hotel booking traffic and charge in excess of $100 to your price without your knowledge. There is a lawsuit against them in Victoria. Stay away.
