Company is working well. But most of the host never respond.

Great platform & concept.
What I love, the points system and the whole concept of how it works.
What I don’t like:
1- Annual membership cost is high
2- I’d love if you can include like airbnb a section for checkin & check out instructions that is only revealed a few days before checkin. It’s a lot of time to communicate check in & check out instructions to each individual group staying at your place.
3- Low response rate is nice info but not helpful, you have to message a minimum of 12 places to find something. Can we automate this? Send this message to every house that is available in Athens with points of 250 and below?? For example.
4- Can you get more points if you are a great host? For example you allow early check in/ late check out. Can we reword good hosts with something?

Fantastic community of like-minded people who want to share their homes and great experiences. HE Collection is worth the added annual fee for the support and benefits received.

Every exchange has been enjoyable. As hosts, we have been impressed that our home is taken care of just like we would. As guests, we have been treated with the same warmth as if we were friends. Highly recommend HE!

Great experience with home exchange so far!

The last exchanges we have hosted were thoughtful guests and treated our home well. Conversations between us were quick and decisions reached.

We also benefited by being able to use a beach home to treat my husband to a visit to the ocean for one night.

Our experience with Homeexchange was great. Our first visitors left our house cleaner than they found it. I also invested in my home and got a few household jobs done which I’ve been meaning to do for ages and which I am so thrilled about now. It’s brilliant to have the motivation to make sure everything is working perfectly. We are looking forward to some great adventures with HE.

So convenient, easy to use, great choices, kind exchangers with whom we’ve made friends, we have recommended it to many people who have joined because of our experiences.

We have had amazing experiences staying in lovely homes and connecting with kind and generous hosts through Home Exchange. The model makes so much sense instead of supporting a model where people can change a community by charging money to stay in a house …

We are so enamored with home exchange right now! We are happy with the service, the online app, and the clientele. It is easier to invite nice people to stay in your home - and avoid feeling like someone is profiting off the exchange; creating a better relationship between a host and a guest - and it opens the door for us to be able to travel and meet lovely people.

Helpful but unable to source accommodate for us to where we booked that was cancelled by the host.

No one wants to exchange - all denials all the time. Waste of $

We enjoy homeexchange as hosts and guests; very reliable and friendly.

The best part about HE is that we get offers to places we may not have thought of going to. And it’s generally a real home experience, in a real part of a town, in a country where things are different from life as we generally live it.

We have had some wonderful exchanges with some lovely like minded people. I can highly recommend home exchange.

You’re not hiring a place as in other websites. You exchange your precious home and you are welcome in another family’s private home. Trust! And we all do respect that. Taking care of the apartment or house you will spend the next days or week or so are the essential task. And top of that you get to know a new neighborhood, a new region and new cities.
