Good quality shelving delivered quickly. The only minor irritation was in the instructions. As I have found with countless other purchases from other firms, the illustrations don't always match the actual product!

The set I ordered was a gift. They were absolutely delighted with the bbq and the accessories. They like the heat distribution and the ability to control the heat for different types of meat, vegetables and fish.
The delivery was on time and the ordering was easy.
Follow the instructions carefully, it's a bit complicated and can go wrong if you don't!

I wanted a 2 step compact ladder and it fits the bill very nicely.

Havent used the hedge trimmer yet but if their excellent customer service and speedy delivery is anything to go by I'm sure it'll be just fine.

Excellent service ordered late afternoon arrived next day in the morning. Heavier than I expected but really good quality and will last longer than the traditional wood ones. I put this together myself did take a little longer than I anticipated but well worth the time spent. Looks amazing in my garden would definitely recommend and will use vonhous again.

Good communication, replaced faulty battery on hedge trimmer timeously

I ordered an item to my old address in error. On alerting the help team they helped immediately and enabled me to reorder to the correct address.

I’m very impressed with the recent experience that I had with this company: I bought a hedge trimmer with an extendable pole. It wasn’t suitable for me-I struggled with the balance and weight. I returned it and received a full refund without complications. I then bought a cordless hand held hedge trimmer which I am very happy with. The battery was well powered and long lasting and it was easy to operate and handle.

5 Tier Storage Shelves. Everything is as it’s supposed to be. Looks like the advert. Works like the advert described. Completely configurable and great value for money. Quick delivery. Easy to build once the base structure is made stable once first shelves are in place.

Bought a 12v tyre inflator in 2022. Battery failed in 2026. The inflator still works when connected to the car so just the battery has failed. Not possible to get a battery replacement anywhere. Contacted Vonhaus and they say they can’t help as they don’t provide replacement parts for this anymore. Very disappointing considering it’s only 4 years old and I paid around £60 for it new. I would have expected a longer life span out of this, now I have to buy another one from a different company.
