I booked a return flight Belgium - Spain, and despite being a Megavolotea member I was affected by overbooking on my return flight, where I was asked in a very rude manner to simply wait until the boarding was complete in case of a non-show. No information or reassurement were given with regard to the next available flight. Please note that the Megavolotea membership costs 80 EUR per year, and in theory should give you special discounts and benefits, therefore this is huge scam. I asked for refund of the Megavolotea Plus membership and they never responded. Stay away.

Everything worked as planned, on time.

Volotea is the worse company. They charged 30€ each for printing the boarding pass after checking in the bags. The staff is disrespectful and rude, needed to remove a few things from my backpack so it could fit inside the box while other passages had much bigger suitcases.

The flight was on time and the seats were comfortable. The only thing that could be improved was the booking process, I wasn't provided the option of adding 20kg luggage while booking my flight.

You didn't inform me that only online check-in is free, which resulted in an additional charge of €90 for our group of three. It feels like this is done intentionally, as I could have checked in completely at the counter if I needed to check my luggage. I understand that this is within your rights, but I kindly ask that you provide information more clearly and fairly to your customers.

I had a wonderful experience, the crew was very kind, attentive and friendly. The flight time was exactly respected. I definitely recommend

your site made it impossible not to be charge 150 euros for Megavolotea Plus. I tried numerous times to contact Volotea without anyone with no success for communication from anyone. This is WRONG!!!

They charge me 75 for check in bag less than 15kg, i was very disappointed , that they charge me more than mentioned in website booking time I was plus member
