I purchased a CCS2 to CHAdeMO adapter directly from you.
My vehicle is a 2023/2024 Lexus UX300e (72.8 kWh battery).
Could you please tell me whether my adapter already has the firmware version 66-1 installed? If not, could you send me the latest firmware and update instructions?

Excellent firm to deal with and even when I discovered I had ordered the incorrect connector there was no problem in arranging a return. The cable is working well and providing a cable storage bag was a nice touch

I purchased a Voldt 2.8KW EV 'Granny' Charger. I'm very happy with the product quality - high quality cable used and app is very useful for tracking charging times and KWh's for cost analysis.
Decent price for a 10m European made cable. Wish I'd bought the 15m length though ...
Works well with my Jeep Avenger Electric.
My charger arrived within 3 days of ordering and company responded to my email quickly.

The charger itself works fine, but I feel the website is deliberately designed to give the impression this is a UK company with UK-based shipping. In reality, it ships from the Netherlands - something that isn't made clear at the point of purchase. This feels like mis-selling, and the lack of transparency around its origin is disappointing.

Ordered on Sunday 14th of June delivered the 15th can’t ask better than that , and to top it off a fantastic product

Purchased an EV car charger from these and it arrived fine….then I didn’t need it and that’s when my problems started. I had to return it using their choice of carrier…UPS. UPS lost the charger within their system and Voldt couldn’t have given a damn!!! After Numerous emails and phone messages from me had been ignored I was left to try to deal with UPS myself!! Voldt had very kindly chosen a returns option that left me with only £60 ‘lost parcel insurance’….the charger was £154!!!! After complaining to Voldt for the 120th time, I received the bluntest of email responses “we’ll refund you £94”….they're obviously expecting me to get my £60 from UPS…..which isn’t happening because UPS are equally a disgrace to deal with. In short, make sure you want or need a cable from Voldt as their customer care is a disgrace.

Excellent service beginning to end - granny charger working as expected. Charger great quality as is cabling - extremely pleased. Will purchase again.

I would pay extra to have a timer that can switch off the charge as I have to go inside to turn charger off before disconnecting from car - not that that was offered on the website anyway.

Quality product, good value and quick delivery

My "Granny" charging cable arrived promptly with no fuss. To date, I have no issues with the product.

The delivery took a week, so a bit of a wait as I had no idea the product was being delivered from the Netherlands to the Uk

However the charger is very good.

NOT SHIPPED FROM UK. Before purchasing this item please bear in mind this item is not shipped from the UK, nor does the site itself state that they operate outside the UK. And because of this when the site states "Ordered on working days, shipped within 1 day" the impression they give is that this item will arrive within 1-2 business days, when in fact the item is shipped from the Netherlands and it took more like 4-5 working days. Once the item arrived I was also disappointed in the packaging. For an item that cost me £150 the cable was sitting loose in a cardboard box, no further packaging, no note or consignment slip. The item itself is fine and working, just the experience and impression of the company is disappointing.

I found it very easy to navigate the site, identify my vehicle from the cars listed, match that to the cable I needed and place an order. Additionally Voldt was one of only a few companies that supplied 20m cables which was what I needed. Although being shipped from abroad the cable was delivered well within the timeframe set out. Competitive in price, a quality cable and a very good experience. Thank you

Haven't had opportunity to use it yet as we haven't got set up at the site but it came in a lovely compact bag that slides nicely in the boot of the car and was delivered in good time. So no complaints so far.
