I would have given a "5" but I had issues with the first brush I had - switching itself on at will. However, Suri's aftercare service is excellent and they provided a replacement brush. The replacement had the same issue, so they again replaced it. (Touch Wood) the 3rd brush has worked well, without any issues. I have been using it for almost 5 months now.

Best toothbrush I have ever had and I got one for all my family last Christmas

My SURI was replaced as it had stopped charging fully and fortunately I had signed up for a ‘lifetime’ guarantee. I was offered a free replacement of the same model I already had (limited stock as it’s being phased out) or the option of upgrading to the new model.
It has made me wonder if the ‘lifetime’ warranty will be phased out along with the original model…..
That aside, customer service is excellent, as are the products, so I would recommend SURI 100%.

Been using the SURI 2.0 for 2 weeks now and pleased with its performance so far.
I bought a duo pack (2) which was better value for two people. The colours I selected was pink and blue. The toothbrush is lightweight and I particularly like the brush head shape. We have not yet needed to charge, so seems to have a good battery life. The timer is useful, it indicates at 30 sec intervals then turns off after 2 mins. I think one of my favourite features is the SURI is quieter than other brands I’ve used, it really is effortless cleaning. I received support emails from SURI after purchase explaining how to use the brush effectively this was really helpful. I have subscribed for new brush heads too which includes a free post envelope to return used heads for recycling. It’s not cheap so I was hesitant for a while before I got round to buying these but now I have it was money well spent. I highly recommend this tooth brush.

The toothbrush is easy to use, seems to work well and the convenience of having brush heads delivered every 6 months makes life easy.
Its good to know everything is recycled and packaging biodegradable.
The brush heads seem a little expensive, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I moved out recently for school and used i my card from another country to pay which flagged thier system for fraud so they automatically canceled my order. Tried getting it set back up proving it wasn't fraud but they weren't getting back to me for like 3 or 4 days so I ordered again but from Amazon and let them know so they wouldn't recreate the order which they then got back to me day later to confirm. But I got it now and it's really nice, great build quality and feels nice to use. Best toothbrush I've used so far.

Outstanding customer service, second to none.
I've been using Suri toothbrush for two years now.
Mild issues around the motors but very quickly sorted.
In spite of that, I'd still recommend their products.

The company is excellent, concept, service and price.
I’ve been using the Suri toothbrush for over a year now.
The only thing I don’t like is the softness of the brush heads.
I know this shouldn’t impact on the quality of the clean I just like a firmer brush head that leaves me feeling my teeth have been brushed thoroughly, just personal preference.

We have a household of Suri users. The sustainable approach was enough for us all to swap our old brands to new Suri brushes.
3 years in still going strong and customer service is on point if anything goes wrong.

Suri provide excellent customer service, their communication is great and their products are wonderful. It's great to be able to find a locally designed and manufactured, sustainable product of such good quality at a fair price.

The only question is why didn’t I purchase Suri earlier. Seriously!
