I just want to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the service we received from the mobility shop. My daughter suffered an injury, thankfully she will be fine, but the use of the wheelchair gave her more options during her initial mending period.

A google search brought me to the website which was clear and easy to navigate. The initial order process was seamless, as were the email reminders when the rental date was coming due with the option to extend, which we did a number of times.

It really is a great service and one I would recommend to anyone in a time where their needs require it.

I cannot say enough good things about TheMobilityShop.ie. I rented an electric wheelchair for my 83-year-old father during our trip to Dublin, and their customer service was exceptional from my very first inquiry through the return of the wheelchair and refund of my security deposit.

Aisling, Conor, Alan, Jess, and the entire team were incredibly responsive, patient, professional, and helpful. They answered all of my questions before our trip, arranged delivery directly to our hotel and organized the courier collection afterward. When the hotel briefly couldn't locate the wheelchair after delivery, Jess immediately stepped in to help track it down.

Having the wheelchair made an enormous difference for my dad and allowed us to enjoy so much more of Dublin together. Everything worked out beautifully, and our security deposit was promptly refunded after the wheelchair was returned.

TheMobilityShop.ie provided genuine five-star service and gave me tremendous peace of mind while traveling internationally with my father. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone visiting Ireland who needs mobility equipment.

Although my purchase item was very small, I had no trouble at all buying it online. It was delivered a day or two later which for me was excellent. I can certainly recommend The Mobility Shop and will definitely use them again. It is much easier than travelling to a conventional shop and they have a great range of products.
