Clothes are just what I had expected, loved the tank top, and pants are extremely comfy, it took nearly a month though from the moment I placed the order until I received my items.

Package was never delivered. Still trying to get it resent or refunded.

Lovely jeans, they fit very nicely and are very comfortable! I’m currently pregnant and bought them because hoping they would be good during pregnancy and they work great!

I love everything that I got. It’s all very comfortable and easy to wear. I will definitely be buying more from this company. The only downside side is that it took like three weeks to get but that because I had purchased a pre order item and my order didn’t ship until that item was released which is fine. Other than that it was great.

Absolutely terrible shopping experience. I purchased three items — a dress (which was intended to be a gift for my partner since she wanted to wear it to an event), a pair of overalls, and a pair of pants. Despite putting the tall version into my cart, the pants were shown as the petite version after checking out. I had to immediately talk to support to get it corrected, which they were able to do. After well over a month of waiting for these items, I was eventually told that the dress was “temporarily out of stock,” even though it was still shown as available in the size I had ordered and the site claims that all items are made to order (which should mean that everything is a preorder and therefore should NEVER be out of stock). After another week or so of waiting for an update, they completely canceled my order of the dress AND the overalls, which they never mentioned having any issue. I immediately contacted them to instruct them to cancel my pants order as well since I had completely soured on them from this ordeal, but all of the sudden they were “magically” shipped out hours after I made the request (aka they printed tracking for it so that they couldn’t refund me). When the pants arrived, they were just okay — I could’ve found something higher quality for less money at literally any other store. I’m in my 30s and this has been BY FAR the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had — I would absolutely never attempt to order from Halara in the future and I’ve told everyone I know how terrible this experience has been in order to discourage them from purchasing from this brand. This experience was a complete waste of my time and money, especially since it took them so long to disclose they wouldn’t be sending me most of my order that I didn’t have enough time to find a suitable replacement dress elsewhere. I was a first time purchaser from their brand and they clearly do not care about customer experience. They ALSO send an INCREDIBLY HIGH number of emails a week (including multiple emails a DAY) if you are on their mailing list, to the point where they were automatically getting marked as spam. I don’t care how cute you think an item from here might be — it’s almost guaranteed that you’ll never receive it. STEER CLEAR.

Love their jeans, so comfortable and they wash really well. I have at least 10 different pairs!
Communication with them is SO simple too, all of my questions were answered quickly.
Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I rate my experience 5 stars for the following reasons: ease of navigating the website, availability of sizes in my desired colors, fast shipping, and HIGH quality products. I will absolutely order from this company again and can’t wait to try more products.

Halara is my new Go To clothes store. The clothes are beautifully made using beautiful fabrics and the garments fit so very well. I feel good wearing them and I feel comfortable and pretty too. Halara have an after sales service that’s second to none. I had to contact them after my first purchase and I was overawed by the help I received from them. I love Halara and so does my daughter! Product quality is phenomenal. Delivery was quicker than expected aswell. Very happy customer.

My order took over a month to receive and I’m disappointed in the fit of the dresses and shorts. The dresses don’t hide anything like advertised and the shorts are soo long compared to pictures.
