Teclast makes good quality laptops for hard-to-beat prices, when shipping from the Spain warehouse the laptop arrived the next day after my order. The laptop is well build, fast, beautiful display and comes with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled and activated.

My M30 from 2019 is the poorest performer I ever had from Chinese no name manufacturer, it goes every day from regular standby to off and drains the battery with no reason within 24h from 100% down to 1-2%. Awful thing ..... and stays at Android 8.0 with not one single update. Awful thing .....

If you need help in warranty you enter in a loop without exit. I bought on their official Teclast seller on AliExpress. I send a video of the malfunction and that i’m i Warranty, they told me to contact the seller, the seller after a waste of time told me to go to a repair center wothout told me Nothing about the warranty… and after few mails and messages nobody answer anymore!!!!!!!!! Don’t buy!!!!! It’s a waste of money.

I purchased from Amazon a Teclast P20HD tablet via Teclast EU. On the Amazon website, the tablet is described to be able to hold a 1TB SD card, have 10 hours battery life and the marketing material shows the tablet as having a thin bezel.

When the tablet arrived, the bezel was much thicker than in the photos. Teclast had used photoshop to make the pictures appear better than in real life. Upon inserting my 256gb SD card, it was not recognised and the having used the tablet for 5 hours the battery died. I contacted Teclast but they probed me off - saying that I should format the SD in my computer first and ignored the other two points. I raised it with Amazon who basically just said to return the tablet.

When I challenged Teclast, they admitted that the tablet will only take 128gb and the battery life is 5-6 hours. This is fraud and misrepresentation. Furthermore, by photoshopping the pictures, its tantamount to obtain money by deception. This company should not be permitted to sell products in the UK knowing that the information they are providing is inaccurate and misleading. I am waiting for them to deal with the complaint but they appear to have gone silent.
