Tad ai creates the music you want it to make. I had a tech. issue, which they solved sucessfully. Communication with tech support was really good.

Music generation resulted in a much better composition than was possible using Suno. And when needed customer support for a copyright during the trial period, they provided a prompt reply and agreed to the request.

Speed of response to my queries. Also, Tad did not try to blame me for the problem I encountered and acknowleged the problem was theirs. They reimbursed some of my credits used (although not all of them.) Overall my dealings with Tad were pleasant and met with honesty.

Please explain me why platform custom AI Music generation options lacks tracks count settings for the generation count output? By default for Ted X model it generates 2x tracks and option to change it is not provided for the customers. As I'm not sure is it documented feature or feature which is silently used so customer credits consumes 2x faster, please share and link your portal (should publicly be available) detailed Credit Usage Policy, Terms Of Use, Terms Of Service. Also please explain why in Usage History not mentioned delivered/generated result name (file/image/video/music) for which credits deducted?

Why music tracks generated with different length - sometimes 2x 3x times longer than set in generation options?

Please help to find option to export my detailed Usage History in pdf or send me detailed report which includes all details explained before. (DateTime/Model/Result-generated -file name/credits deducted/type-music-video-image/standard-custom/file count/model tokens used-llm tokens consumed for the generation).

Text under Create button "This generation costs 20 credits" - does not make any sense as has no value to the customer and are producing two tracks by default for Ted X model but 1x track only expected and should be delivered for customer(me) while not stated otherwise by service-platform providers correct?

More value would have as example - "Current (type) of generation will produce (X) tracks count using (Model X) for 40 credits(20 credits for each track)."

If I have not asked more than 1x track than I think and I'm sure and I believe that second track generated for FREE and I have been deducted only 20 credits for both tracks without any hidden costs!? - otherwise if my assumptions are correct and true I would like to receive back credits for the additional songs I have not asked to generate as was not provided for such option by default in such way pushing me silently to pay more credits and pushed to agree with 2x tracks generation silently setting such option in background without previous notice or detailed description or any notification and missing option to set tracks count for generation output.

Also why defaut music tracks output generation count is 2x for the Tad X model? Purpose and value for the customer?

I am from The Netherlands and can make great songs with Dutch lyrics with the TAD 5.5 model of TAD AI. And if I want to change some lyrics? Then the Tad 5.5. model only changes the lyrics of your music when you use the AI Cover Generator feature and upload your original made song. That cover generator feature with the Tad 5.5. model deserves a 5 star score!

They are a rip-off. You have to keep buying credits, and the credits you get don't last long. They make it impossible to switch from annual to monthly to earn credits, and once I was charged, I didn't receive my annual credit amount. I received nothing. Even though they have an awesome platform for making music videos, they make it very hard or impossible to download the song that their system made for your video. I am trying to get my money back, and it's sad that they have such an awesome platform for making music videos, but scam customers into buying more credits without receiving the 6 videos they're supposed to get. And making it impossible to change your purchase from annual to monthly. You are forced to select annual.

They honey d*cked us. We were trying to get suno and this site carefully disguised itself as Suno, even offering the exact same pricing. It is NOT Suno. Tried to get a refund and they wouldn’t do it. Run away as fast as possible

Excellent service, attentive to the customer.

It could not follow any clear-cut directions on what I wanted. Instead, wasting credits after credits (not knowing how many credits would be used until after the fact. Not even remotely close to directions I gave. The song it produces had lyrics that I did not ask for. While it seemed decent in rhyming, it failed all objectives more than once. Not worth the time or money.

First of all, I’m using Tad.ai for generating symphonic and operatic heavy metal songs, mostly in historical and fantasy settings, for my own enjoyment. If you generate in another genre, your experience might be different.
I have to say that I’m extremely happy with the quality of music Tad generates. The heavy metal is genuinely impressive. The melodies are great, the vocals sound powerful, the guitars and rhythm section are clear, and overall I don’t think any other AI music generator currently comes close. I would definitely give 5 stars to it.
My problem with Tad is the moderation system introduced around May 2026. The content policy says “no depictions of violence”, which sounds reasonable enough. In practice, however, the system often blocks content that contains no violence at all.
For example, I was recently generating a song where an officer in a historical setting receives an order to hold the line and sings about his willingness to risk his life to protect his country. There was no “kill”, “die”, “fall”, “sacrifice”, or any other explicit reference to violence. The lyrics generator kept rewriting the song until it became a generic song about holding the line until victory.
Another example: I was generating a song about Dante, the author of the Divine Comedy. I had to remove the word “hell” from the phrase “descend to hell” because it kept triggering moderation.
In a song about a knight setting off to fight a dragon, the version that finally passed moderation was a knight setting off to see a dragon.
The system also frequently blocks songs involving negative emotions or interpersonal conflict. I’ve had songs rejected because a character admitted he was knowingly lying to someone, or because a character sang that “my brother is an idiot, but he’s still my brother”.
Historical narratives, tragedies, and character-driven songs often involve conflict, guilt, fear, regret, deception, sacrifice, or difficult choices. Those themes are not the same thing as graphic violence. At the moment, the moderation system often treats them as if they were.
What makes it particularly frustrating is that the moderation sometimes feels inconsistent. Similar ideas may pass in one context and fail in another, which makes it difficult to understand where the actual boundaries are.
This experience I can only rate as 1 star, hence the final rating of 3 stars.
I want to stress that I’m writing this because I genuinely like the product. The music quality is amazing, and I’ve spent many hours generating songs with Tad. I simply wish the moderation focused on actual violent content instead of blocking so many harmless historical, fantasy, dramatic, or emotional themes.

I absolutely love Tad.AI, I can’t believe we live in a time where such technology exist. never before have we ever had anything like Tad.Ai. As a musician, I have never had more fun. To think that AI can create covers of your own songs and to help you reimagined in a completely different way, absolutely amazing. Tad.AI does not miss. It does exactly what it says it does. There is no other program as accurate as Tad.AI. Anytime I see something with a cost. I always pass it up. However, Tad.AI PLEASE TAKE MY MONEY! I can’t believe what Tad.AI can do and how well it sounds. It makes my music come alive in a whole new way. It makes the demos I upload into an actual song that I cannot stop playing in my truck!
Sidenote, if you ask it to do an acoustic version of your song Acoustic guitar, Acoustic bass, Cajon, piano, cello, violin. It spits out an absolute MASTERPIECE!

OI love this app and will use it in the future. Music comes suprisingly nice depends on your experience, knowledge in musix , taste and fantasy. Good prompt brings good result.

I use TAD to help me demo my finished songs. I am a good writer, and I can produce modest demos of my songs, but TAD brings them to life. I have always loved writing songs and having others perform and record them. TAD lets me do this every day. Customer service responded when I was having a connectivity problem (that resolved itself) and were very pleasant to work with.

Did a Google search for Suno and Tad.io had an entry with keyword Sun0. Mistakenly clicked through and created an account and was spooked when asked for payment immediately. Dodgy SEO tactics.
