I had a terrible experience with TOV
I had a terrible experience with TOV. I received a gold bracelet as a birthday present. Within 2 weeks it broke. I had sent it back and wait for a replacement. The second bracelet also broke. I had to keep emailing then for a return label. I was patient the first time but not so patient the second time. Very poor service.

There was a mistake regarding my delivery adress. So my order did not arrived and was sent back to the customer. I think it was my fault. The Support service helped me within a few minutes after I explained them the situation. They didn't hesitate to send a second package even before they got back the first order. One day later the second shipment arrived! I had to pay nothing for the second shipment.
Extremly kindful, fast and helpful service. Absolutey perfect! I can recommend this shop!
The ring I ordered seems to be high quality! I'm no expert but at least there are no scratches, I got a certificate of the material and my wife is happy, haha.
So all in all. 5 of 5 stars. even 6 if possible.
Thanks a lot.

Beware of the warranty terms
The bracelet I bought broke on the day it was given. Was not aware of the warrenty terms and went to a goldsmith immediately to get it repaired. It broke again though and after emailing them I was redirected to their terms and that going to a goldsmith for repair made me lose my warrenty since they did not give permission before hand.
After several emails and being this is my first order they made an exception and offered a voucher or reparation.

Late, poorly handled, and zero care for presentation.
I will never be shopping with TOV Essentials again.
I ordered a gift specifically for Valentine’s Day, only for it to arrive on February 19th—nearly a week late. While the company was quick to deflect blame onto their carrier, FedEx, the reality is that a business is responsible for the logistics partners they choose. If your carrier is this inefficient, it reflects directly on your brand.
To make matters worse, after the long wait, the item arrived in a basic box inside a plastic outer wrapper. There was absolutely no hint of care in the presentation, which is unacceptable for an item marketed as a Valentine’s gift.
Between the "absolute joke" of a delivery schedule and the lack of attention to detail in packaging, this has been a complete waste of time and money. If you value reliability and quality service, look elsewhere. TOV Essentials has lost a customer for life.

I experienced an issue with my order (incomplete delivery and return dispute).
After escalation, the company has now offered a €320 voucher as resolution.
I am currently awaiting issuance of the voucher as agreed.
I will update this review once the matter is fully completed.
Update: I have now received the voucher and used it for a new order. Along with the earrings, I ordered a heart bracelet, which is very delicate but I like it a lot.
Unfortunately, there was another issue with the delivery as the wrong earrings were sent again. However, this time the company reacted quickly and immediately sent the correct ones. Regarding the U-Hoops: they are unfortunately a bit smaller than stated. I would have preferred them to be a bit wider and larger.
The matter is finally resolved for me now, though the overall process was quite exhausting.
