Got a basic necklace with three…

Got a basic necklace with three droplets 3 years ago when it was cheaper. This thing is an absolute trash! It gets even knotted somehow on my neck! And if you decide to take it of it gets knotted so easily that it’s near impossible to reverse it! If u somehow succeed with one knot, get ready to have 10 new ones! And it’s not like i don’t have any experience with unknotting jewellery! Absolutely garbage!

Besides that the jewelry look great the service was also great when a bracelet did not their quality standards. Super service, nice people.

I love my golden ear rings from Blush Jewels!

I love my golden ear rings from Blush Jewels!
My friends gifted me beautiful natural pendants for my golden hoops. Super happy with them!
Unfortunately, they showed quite some 'cracks' :(
I reached out to customer service and a quick and friendly response was provided, as well as a solution.
Now I am waiting to receive my new pendants!

Amazing jewellery and costumer service!

I had an incident and the necklace I got as a present was broken. I got in contact on the website and the answer came super quick and they solved the problem on the best way possible! The person (Barbara) was always super polite, thoughtful and ready (and happy!) to help! The necklace is amazing! I'm really happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend the brand to all my friends!

Unfortunately the return box got lost…

Unfortunately the return box got lost after I overhanded it to the transport company. The costumer service was showing a lot of effort and it took some weeks to get the paid money back on the account. All in all it was a very costumer friendly and focused service
