During spring we are at our very busiest and added to that – due to the number of people staying at home (and in their gardens!) currently – our order volumes and those of our courier are even higher than usual. Therefore, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive. If after that time you have still not received your items, please do email quoting Trust Pilot, including your order number and post code. Rest assured all items are in stock and our dedicated Nursery & Operations teams are working tirelessly to get them to customers as soon as they can.

First experience of YouGarden

First experience of YouGarden. Plants arrived safely and promptly. The packaging was secure and I was impressed by the health and size of the plugs. I ordered heather at the last minute and it exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be a returning customer. Thank you.

Great company

Extremely pleased with my delivery.I was kept up to date with slight delay. Plants arrived in excellent condition. Well packaged and are now potted up and looking very healthy.
You Garden are my first choice every time.

Can't fault this company

Can't fault the service and the quality of the plants I have purchased over the last year. I have used other online garden sites but this has been the best. mty next step is to become a member.
