I have purchased many items and the prices are great and they do what they say they’re going to do on a timely basis

Absolutely worst service from YOOX once again, and this is an ongoing problem with items I bought for them in the last 10years! Yes I have been a customer that long, and honestly their customer service has gotten terrible.

I have receive a pair of Rick Owens pants and once again they had several faults, stitching undone and incomplete in 5 different part of the pants: I have sent photos in an the audacity to came back with a £20 refund for a item I paid £383, or they said just send it back, right so you can relist it faulty as you usually do. Is this a joke? Also the pants went down in price the day after I bought them and they don’t even price adjust like SSENSE, they would have worked out even less with the promo. Anyways I’m done with YOOX, it’s always a problem with them, how many time I received a Rick Owens item with the pin of the tags right in the middle of the fabric, I mean who does that, do your people at the warehouse even know how to handle luxury clothing??!! If I had to tailor those pants I would need at least 15%- 20% back, also just for the fact that they are faulty and it was the last pair too I had in my wishlist for ages, not cool at all. Not sure the experience of the customers here are genuine, are they a bunch of bots? Used to be good shopping in YOOX now it’s hit or miss, you never know what you gonna get and most times it’s tragic. Also the customer service on the phone not helpful at all,AVOID.

Good range of different brands to affordable prices. The delivery options with UPS are also good.

An easy to navigate app with thousands of luxury high end designer products at pocket friendly prices

Yoox is a great website until something goes wrong. This is the second time we face the same issue. You update your delivery address in the MYOOX settings, and then the delivery is automagically still set to your old address in the basket. Once is a user error but the same thing happened 2 years ago last time I moved. It's shown in very small print in checkout so you miss it. Then the customer service support is so incredibly useless, they will give you a different reason why they cannot do anything about this everytime you reach out to them.

I hate to publicly shame a company which I have used so many times in the past, but this mix of terrible UI + useless customer service really drags their name through the mud.

After 2 months still working on receiviing a refund, never experienced such a bad e-commerce experience and customer service. Frustrating customer service experience.

Avoid this company!! They refuse parcels and refunds! I have returned some items and the parcel was returned to me at the local shop which I was unaware of. Then second time returning with some new labels the company have rejected the return yet again. They refuse to contact the UPS couriers to resolve this when it is their returns label and ultimately their responsibility. I have done everything as a customer carrying out a normal return but they are refusing to deal with this. Unless you want to shop at an untrustworthy retailer I would avoid at all costs.

Fast,precise

They start using Amazon shipping, instead of UPS. Despite extra cost that I paid, they use Amazon ground ship to CA which took 6 business days. Use to be overnight air ship by UPS but now ground ship, even I paid extra. It seems down grade service to me.

Still waiting for a refund from early October. I've emailed more or less daily and no reply
Do not use.

I placed an order by mistake and emailed YOOX to cancel it just 10 seconds later. They refused to cancel and did nothing to help. They shamelessly claimed the order had already been shipped. In 10 seconds? This is a scam and an insult to customers’ intelligence.

Their customer service is terrible. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Never buy from these scammers.
