You get what you pay for
They say you get what you pay for. While it may look cheap it gets very expensive when they do not send the items and their customer service is virtually non existence after their first reach out message, incredible they refuse to do refunds! Its a terrible company please do not be deceived by the plenty of fake 5 star reviews since we know it's done by a third party to spike their rating here and in other trust sites. Do not buy here unless you are willing to risk your money.

First of all, if you are looking for Quality Fashion, Best Secret offers highest quality brands at best bargain prices & even better occasional discount campains. If you can find better prices anywhere else, PLEASE let me know.
Second of all, Best Secret works on the best retail sofware platform there is. And they are working on improving it as we speak. If you can find better e-shop software anywhere else, PLEASE let me know.
Last but not least, Best Secret has the best Customer Service I've encountered so far. No artificial intelligence !!!
Just real people, doing their best to resolve ANY issue there might be. Real intelligence trumps artificial intelligence any day of the week, and twice on Sundays.

Do not shop here. BestSecret fails to properly register returned items and then forces customers to pay for items they have already returned. This feels like theft. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. Avoid this company at all cost.
EDIT after their reply: well there is weight evidence that all items were included in the package which was also provided to you. So no, you‘re not reviewing properly and have shady practices as a lot of the other reviews confirm as well.
