I only received one item of my two items, and a luxury watch is missing!!! the phone center of Best Secret is not working at all! I’ me in sock and can’t find a way to understand whose fault it is and who steeled me!!! The package has to be of weight 2.105 kg and I received a package of 40 grams which is also the same diclared weight in the courier(40 grams)

It's a good selection and prices
It's a good selection and prices, however the warehouse delays which have gone on for at least two years now are crazy.
Purchased items sit in packing for over a week, and as others report, takes nearly two weeks or more to actually be sent.
This has occurred more often and is now the norm that not only does it take so long to be packed, but takes longer and longer every time.
Bestsecret needs to fix these significant warehouse issues.
EDIT: I appreciate the response, however today's process indicates exactly what I'm talking about.
Purchase: 1351hrs Wednesday
Ready for shipping: 1140hrs Thursday
Swiss Post notification 2035hrs Thursday that you just booked the item.
And yet Swiss Post reports you have only just sent shipping notice.
Your warehouse is extremely slow - and this is the fastest I've ever had a package move.

No parcel, no refund, no customer service. Absolutely unacceptable!

Months waiting for package or a reply
Second time as a diamond level 3 member that I am disappointed by the customer service. I guess it is normal some packages get delayed but what is not acceptable is to be ignored after several emails stating the package has not arrived. I messaged BestSecret right after discovering package was marked as delivered (but was not) and I fulfilled the form the automatic response sent (this was many weeks ago). Afterwards I have asked for follow trough and there is no interest in answering. Months with no package and no accountability. Please proceed to send the items or a refund, it is November now and the order is from September, seriously disappointed on how much the service has declined.

They refused a proper inspection, ignored customer rights, and abruptly closed the ticket
I purchased a pair of shoes from BestSecret, and after a short period of light wear, the shoes suffered a structural split/tear at the flex point and complete wear-through of the inner heel lining. Despite the soles being in nearly pristine condition, BestSecret customer support immediately rejected my warranty claim with generic automated templates, calling a clear manufacturing defect "normal wear and tear."
They refused a proper inspection, ignored customer rights, and abruptly closed the ticket. A very untrustworthy retailer that refuses to take responsibility for selling defective goods.
