Delivery not received by myself

Delivery not received by myself. Obviously on Monday 20.7. it was delivered at 9.25 and signed by F. Arme. O was not home by that time and I don’t know who that is.
The package was also not in front of my apartment to be found.

I ordered sunglasses and told they would arrive in four days and they still haven’t even been picked up (7 days later). I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and haven’t been helped at all. This has been a terrible experience.

NEVER ORDER FROM CETTIRE!!!!!!!!

I wish that I could give Cettire stars even worse than that!! I WOULD NEVER order from Cettire again. They charged me $90 to return a pair of glasses that I no longer wanted. Which is highway robbery. To charge that much also lets me know that they are getting hit with returns so much that they feel like they have to win in some way by charging so much to return an item.
