It was not stated one of my purchases was an download and attempted to contact them several times and no one responded, and they would not accept phone calls. I have yet to receive the one book I ordered.

I wish I had read reviews ahead of time. Thought I was getting a 'real' book, until payment went through and they send a download link. I immediately emailed them about it but of course there was no refund/replacement coming. I was able to download it to my Kindle, but it comes in at 188 pages (it's a 382 page book), so you know what size the font is. And it will not adjust. I've contacted PayPal so I'm hoping for a refund. This really is a case "it's not the money, it's the principle". I'm MAD!

Willzool is a total scam. Very misleading, boardering on fraudulent, offering of book, as a used physical book. Once payment was made, they delivered what is claimed to be an ebook as a download. Attempts to get refund repeatedly denied. Based on comment numerous comment on this site and Willzool’s terrible rating, recommend NEVER buy from Willzool.

Did not reveal that the so-called book was actually a pdf document. Would not issue a refund.

DO NOT buy from WILLZOOL, UNLESS you actually do want an eBook. Their advertising is highly misleading at best, and at worst it constitutes entrapment, where you buy one thing (you think is a physical book) and you get another thing (an eBook that you have to download and read on a screen). WHAT!!??!! Nowhere on the order page does their site say “ebook”! I was fully expecting to receive a physical book! The highly misleading advertising leaves the customer trapped into accepting something they were not aware they were buying - and did not want! The order page even asks for a shipping address - why would it ask for that if there was never any intention of shipping a physical book??!! Very unhappy with the business ethics of Willzool that completely fails to properly inform the buyer! I requested a refund or an exchange for a physical book (before I downloaded the eBook) and was told that was not possible! Apparently, their customer service is non-existent after they have your money. I will NOT buy from Willzool again... UNLESS I do actually want an eBook, but then I wouldn't be surprised if they sent me a physical book, as there is no way to know, and they don't tell you, what you are actually getting. NOT happy at all with this company.

What a crappy company. They advertise free shipping on all orders but they don’t send physical books just digital. Which really isn’t an ebook it’s just a pdf that I can’t notate or even place a bookmark. Such a waste of money and a really shameful business practice. Get your books elsewhere, these guys are crooks.

Should have read the reviews first. Had same experience. Sent "digital" copy and won't exchange for hardcopy or refund. $12 lesson learned!!!!

This is a big scam. Selling pirated digital copies of books without telling you that these are NOT physical copies.

Put a one star because I had to put something. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!! Ordered what I thought was a printed book but instead received an e-book. I reached out to the company to ask for a refund and tell them that nowhere on the website did it say it was for an e-book. I only read printed books. They refused to refund my money!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought a cookbook from Willzool thinking I was getting an actual book. Just received the ebook PDF and was totally confused and now very unhappy about this deceptive practice. There is no where that states is an ebook, even their refund/return policy all implies you are receiving a physical book. don't buy from here!

Seems I'm having the same experience as everyone else. I ordered a hardcover book and they sent me the digital version. I HATE reading on a device. I likie the novelty of having the book in my hand. And just like everyone else, they refuse to refund me my money. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

Willzool did not deliver the product I paid for. There was absolutely no communication with Willzool. Thank goodness I purchased their book through Paypal. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WILLZOOL, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

Will Zool sells books but fakes a Buyer out with E Books instead of the intended hard copy book.
They don't give refunds for their errors.
Use the competition and save yourself the aggrevation and disappointment.

This is a scam. No where does it say that you're buying an e-book.

This company is a joke. They had a simple mission, send my brother an ebook. Instead they sent it to me and wouldn't refund. Pathetic customer service. Zero freaking stars. Praying for the day you shut the doors 🙏

Wish I could give zero stars. Sale listed as a physical book then after payment I get an email that says “you have purchased an ebook.” Emailed for a refund and told “no refunds.” File isn’t even valid. Trash scammer.

There was absolutely nothing in their listing that said that what I ordered was an ebook and there was no ability to return it. "Sorry, not sorry" was how I felt. Will not be ordering from them again.
