Once contacted customer support very helpful for spare parts for my jacuzzi. Information supplied cost of item and shipping. All this was achieved within a couple of hours. Customer support on the ball with inquiries. Solution solved a company you can trust to deliver.

We purchased the Cascade Spa Jacuzzi, and it has been absolutely amazing. It was delivered to our home in the Canary Islands within two weeks of ordering.
WDH also recommended someone to assist with the delivery, and that service was excellent.
We have nothing but praise for the company. We had a number of questions and a few concerns before purchasing, all of which were answered promptly and clearly in English. They even sent the handbook translated!

We had to wait a while for the spa to be ordered and delivered but when it arrived everything was fine. It's been installed now for 3 months and everything works fine. The jets are very powerful, it's got a very relaxing chromotherapy. It really is a very nice piece of kit

Piss poor after sales service, they never answer the phone and rarely answer mails, I wouldnt trust them at all. The machine once delivered to kerb side and just dumped there has no meaning for them, they have your money. Verifying some of these fulsome replies is impossible. this isnt only the Spanish side of the company, the Portuguese angle is even worse. SHODDY CON MEN.

The hot tub/ Spa/ Jacuzzi is very good, of a high quality and the price is half that of local shops for similar quality, power, jets and seating. Wifi speakers included. Website is clear about what's not included such as thermal cover and access steps. Others are not. I have only given four stars because of the following.
Firstly, free delivery is not free. Delivery is Kirb side. You still have to get the packed spa to its location yourself. If there is limited space you will have to pay for something with a crane. In my case the delivery company decided it could not deliver as road was unsuitable, despite stating my address at point of order I was not made aware of this. We have many bigger vehicles driving onto our road with more fragile deliveries.eventually it cost me an extra 300 euros.
Another hidden negative. The warranty is only valid for parts and labour if they appoint an engineer to do the install. Thats another 300 euros and it took nearly 3 months to get that done after threats of making a complaint and removing said hot tub as officially it was not working.
When the guy turned up he admitted this was only his 3rd hot tub and read the manual. I knew more than him having had two previously. He even asked me to use my electrician to wire it up to the supply I had already provided. When I asked what I was actually paying for, he got on with it.
Im still not 100% sure as to how timers work. The soa seems to turn itself on to heat up when it wants. Engineer non the wiser and trying to talk to post sales is near impossible at best.
All in all a great product tainted by hidden extras and poor after sales.

Ordered a Sauna on their website (Order: FZIALSLSM).
All their products were labelled as "in stock" on the website with 3 to 7 days delivery.
4 days later received a phone call telling me that they have no products in stock and have to order them to the factory which is going to set me back 3 months...
Would be nice if they told you that there is waiting time before purchasing!

Postsales service is good. Reactions on my questions was precise and helped me with problem I had. It conteined all information with videos and pictures.

Communication once they have received your money is atrocious. They do not pick up the phone, respond to emails or messages on WhatsApp. They ignore our requests for updates on all social media platforms. We have paid in full and have not received our Hottub

Do not deliver. Paid for in February, lots of excuses but still not delivered

From the first communication to purchase the representative was 100% professional and exceptional in answering any question
