The product is fantastic , well made, excellent quality , great instructions , overall very pleased ! , however , a promised delivery of mid to end of June , not great , the Toldo arrived 23 July , the customer service is NOT GOOD , cannot contact by phone , they don’t reply to emails or Whatsaps , very very sloppy service , in fact we thought we had been scammed out of 1000 euros , !! One word of warning regarding this Toldo , although the sssembly instruction were excellent , they don’t warn you that the plastic protection on 38 roof slats took 6 hours to remove , far far too sticky !! 🤣but overall , very pleased with the product

Don't buy anything from this merchant!!!
I bought an "Ultra quiet and comfortable" air conditioner last month for €2198, their online price was reduced by 64% to €789 a week later/before delivery (A SCAM!!). The unit was of poor quality, noisy and way too expensive! Customer services inaccessible by phone, I informed them by e-mail of my desire to withdraw my contract and return the item for a refund several days after receipt - well within their website indicated right of 14-day withdrawal period (Returns for change of mind are accepted as part of the right of withdrawal). 3 weeks later, still no definitive response, despite many attempts to reach a closure. Very frustrating! Customer service is terrible, unreliable!! Be careful when ordering on this website!!!
A week later and still no response! Use delaying tactics when requesting to return your product for full refund!

Disappointing experience and far from “UltraSilent”
I initially ordered this air conditioner, but no estimated delivery date was provided, so I decided to cancel the order. Despite the cancellation, the product was delivered anyway.
Since it had already arrived, I decided to test it. Unfortunately, although it is advertised as “UltraSilent,” it is extremely noisy. The description is misleading, and the overall purchasing experience was very disappointing.

Cracked 21” Kamado with no cover
Ordered 21” Kamado with cover, 16/4/26. Received the Kamado with a crack in the interior ceramic shell, 18/6/26. Did not receive the cover but paid for it.
Sent photos of the manufacturer defect (crack) and Ibernest customer service confirmed the defect and agreed to replace the Kamado. Additionally customer service would look into the non delivered cover, €49. But did not have tracking information to say if it was ever shipped.
All of this communication is documented.
Now 4 weeks later the Kamado is still in it’s original box, waiting for return shipment and Ibernest is playing games with me. Stating the shipping company can’t contact me. Provided my contact information three times and wife’s contact information and nothing, after waiting another week.
Now I have to file a complaint and fraud to the authorities with documentation and I’m left with a Kamado grill to be disposed of because it’s unusable with the crack.

People, please do not order here. Read the reviews on Google maps under Ibernest Valencia. I ordered two pergolas in May 2026 for 2,000 euros. Initially, this was supposed to be delivered within a few days, as the website stated that they were in stock. After payment, the pergolas still had to be ordered; they were supposed to arrive in mid-June and then be delivered after June 15th. Now, as it is July 8th, nothing has arrived yet, and they are not providing clear answers about when something will arrive. I am going to cancel my order and hopefully get my money back.
Por favor, no compren aquí. Pedí dos pérgolas en mayo de 2026 por 2000 euros. Inicialmente, se suponía que me las entregarían en pocos días, ya que la página web indicaba que estaban en stock. Tras el pago, aún tenía que pedirlas; se suponía que llegarían a mediados de junio y me las entregarían después del 15 de junio. Hoy es 8 de julio y todavía no ha llegado nada, y no me dan ninguna respuesta clara sobre cuándo llegará. Voy a cancelar mi pedido y espero que me devuelvan el dinero.
